Memes, and Halloween Decor

 Just posting some
things I have seen
lately that I thought
was cute.

As I write this, it is
Sunday evening.


It comes and goes
so fast.

I had a friend tag
me on this pic.
She was reminding me
that I need to be
careful with my brooms
this time of yr...

And I can't wait.

I am so ready. 

Bring on the fall.


My mom loved spring.
She said that fall
was depressing cause
everything was dying off.
Me....It don't die if
it comes back the 
next spring.

I want a couple of 
skeletons like this
to pose them in 
different ways...


But oh my gosh, why
do they cost so much?

Do you decorate your
yard for Halloween?
Or just your door?

With that said, I sent an
email out to my hood
asking if anyone would 
be interested in decorating
our mailboxes. So far I 
have ten folks out of close
to 500 homes that said YES.
But, you gotta start somewhere.

I already have my idea in 
my head.

I know a guy who has a couple skeletons and he poses them all over the place and takes pictures of them. They are Bonaparte and Bona Lisa.

I don't decorate as in years past, with a haunted garage one time and always a cemetery on the front lawn. :D Now I pick and choose what to display, especially since a few items got stolen. ~sigh~ Happy Fall!

I think last Halloween I saw a house with a huge skeleton. It was at least 8 foot tall. Across the street from an elementary school. I hope they put it out again.

The Rest of Today

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Hot Water Heater Mishaps

 As I stated the hot water heater sprung a leak, from the bottom.  My younger brother came to help  with the issue. Problem, the  value at the bottom where you screw in  the hose to drain the tank, was  all clogged up.  It sets so close to the bottom  that it is hard to slip a  bucket under to catch water if we were to get the clog undone. There was no moving it till water was drained off the tank. We opened the top value, and leaned it over to drain into buckets. I have a great big  plastic tub, like this one. We filled it by leaning the  hot water heater over. Finally got enough off to be able to slid onto the two wheeler  and move out of the garage. Once we had it there,  we lowered it to the ground and let it finish with the drain. Mark went to Lowes and got another one, installed it and  had me up and running. The damage had been done though.
