  Lily update~ Sunday, I was getting more and more concerned. She still was not eating or drinking. Several times however, I put a  small amount of water in a syringe and made her take water. Twice, I mixed up food and water and did the same thing. Not a lot, but a tiny bit, just so she was getting something. But I was really worried. Off to Vet ER and Hosp. I took the test results from the  other vet and the meds she has been given. Looking at everything, they decided to run labs again to see if there was  any change. I was glad they did cause the day they did Lily's labs, they  said they had a lot of labs to do that day and I was afraid that they got them mixed up. Labs, everything was normal. Another xray, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, everything was  NORMAL. NORMAL! But she was not eating and or dinking. so, they wanted to sedate her and  check her mouth, gums and tongue. On Friday Lily did great, but Saturday she was back to wanting to be alone, still has not eaten and  was not drinking. Back to the vet.  Another IV of fluid and some meds to make her hungry. Not better come Monday,  I am finding another vet. I don't know what else to do. Sunday, still not my Lily. I  am pretty sure I am losing her  and it is killing me.  No vets open today, just ER in  Nashville. Come Monday I will  be taking her to Dr. King,  her and Dakota's vet in Nashville. Funny thing is, she don't look weak, does not appear to be weak when she is up moving around. She allowed me to sit with her and rub her head for a bit this  morning. Now, she is in the glider on the deck, listening to the rain fall. Remember these jokers I took off my tomato plants? They had to go, but I had no clue that this is what they  turn into.  My catitude, tortietude  girl is doing better. Lily went back to the vet on Thursday, she had not eaten since Saturday, she was not drinking, she was hanging on the deck during the day and under the bed at night.  I was terrified. Blood work showed all was fine. Urine showed all was fine. On Thursday they gave her fluids, retrieved a stool sample, and again, no fever, nothing. Only conclusion was it was viral. I hate when docs and in this case the vet uses that word cause to me that is like saying, can't find a problem so it has to be this. They did do xrays and found no blockage, showed air moving through like it should.  They sent me home with an anti  inflammatory meds and some Hills Urgent Care food.  At 10:30 pm, Thursday night, she  came in off the deck, walking around like normal.  On Tuesday I took Lily to the vet.  I had to leave her cause they needed a urine sample and her  bladder was to small. Pumped IVs in her to pump that up. While she was at the vets I  did some running in Fairview cause home and coming back would be 30 home and 30 back.   I hate leaving her, broke my heart. I stopped at ACE Hardware which is new in Fairview, which is growing fast. Nashville is moving out this way now. After my Ace ran I stopped at Bowie Park. We usually drive a bit to go to Montgomery Bell Park for taking family pics but I told Amber we needed to do this place or better yet,  once the temps cool off, pack the  grill and head here for a family picnic. There are several places, covered with tables. One over by the lake so folks could  fish, a brand-new playground for the kids, awesome place to picnic. After the park I headed to the antique store. There in one in Fairview I like going to. It has rental booths and price are so good....
