Mr. Wilson vs Ms. Wilson, A Touch Goes a Long Way, Lights, F150 and Happy 4th
I was over on Chrissy Ts
and I saw this.
I can not just waltz by a
photo challenge!
However, I am going to have to
start with July 4th.
As you can tell on the list,
pic from internet
My sparkle is my new ring.
I just got in on Thursday.
Nothing fancy, an 11 buck ring from
Hobby Lobby.
I have had a ring just like this
for years and at that time I
think it was 8 dollars.
Anyway, the band had turned cause
it's just cheap stuff.
But I love it.
Few post back I showed
you Mr. Wilson that I painted at
the Porch Painting Pals club.
I stated that I was not finished
with Mr. Wilson that I just had a few
things to work on. Darla said you couldn't
wait to see what I would do.
Here is the touch up.
Shot in different lighting so this one
appears darker of course. But what I did
was add some shadow under the paws, hoofs??
I added touches of cream color here and there
cause to me it just brightens up a painting.
I also added the whiskers and a number
tag on the right ear.
But what I added that I really
love is the lashes, Mr. Wilson,
became Ms. Wilson with the stroke
of my liner brush!
What do you think, which one
do you like the best?
Me, the second one of course.
If you will look close, you will
see that the pink area of the nose
appears flat however, on the
second painting, it has depth.
I did not go this week, for several
reasons, paying to paint weekly is not
my thing since I can do it at home,
also, because I have enough paintings
sitting around and 3rd, I need to
get some things done around
here.
By the way, do you know why this
cow is called Mr. Wilson or Ms. Wilson?
Sitting here on the couch,
Thursday evening, Misty add
to reach out and touch me.
Gosh, I love that girl.
I miss things also. But I guess I need
to say, that sometimes I take in a lot
of what others don't.
If I was not to point it out,
how many of you would walk past these
lights and not take note of the
cool pattern they make in the
grass?
Be honest.
Hoping you all have a
great 4th.
house. I was going to Nashville to
hang with the Kcrew for a cookout,
Then I remembered I am
doggie sitting and with the trip to
and from (two hours) and the
time hanging and eating and playing
games, watching fireworks, eating
again....I just don't trust leaving
Emmy Lou that long.
Happy 4th,
Pam
