Sweet Meat, Wanda the Whimsical Woman, Peach, Mr. Wilson, 4th and 250th, Oz, Peek of Saturday
I am apparently really, really
SWEET!
It appears that every time I go out
every bug in my yard wants to take
a bite or two out of me.
You see all the bites on my feet,
ants. Not all fire ants either.
One I felt on my foot on Friday was
a tiny blank ant.
They start out as blisters,
itch and before I can stop, those blisters
are popped.
Guessing I need to start wearing
high boots that lace up.
I will spare you of what the legs
look like with the gnats, flies,
blood sucking flying bugs and
ants have done to them.
Oh, by the way, how do you like the
Oz nails? Red with glitter, for
ruby slippers and blue for
Dorothy's dress.
Look, Wanda at the Whimsical
Woman is guarding the
flowerBED.
My sweet neighbor and her hubs
made a run to Memphis on
Friday and they also stopped
at an orchard. She brought me back some
peaches and oranges.
I have sweet neighbors.
This one was so sweet and juicy.
I went Wed. to paint with the
ladies. Here is my sleepy guy,
Mr. Wilson.
I want to play with him some more
cause I see things I need
to mess with
but not right now.
With the best humidity for working
outside, I have got some things
done but starting today, heat is
moving in. I think that maybe it is time
I dedicate to the inside of my home
since it is in such need right now.
Crashing last yr at this time, just
now gaining some energy back to
do things, I might actually get
something done. I have boxes sat
aside marked, "to go through", that I need
to go through. I need to weed out some crap.
Tool shed and craft shed has been put
on the back burner, the both need
cleaning out, tossing things and
organizing crap, but that will be a
fall thing.
In a NUTSHELL,
I need to get my shit organized
and in order.
Sort of goes with my shirt,
an outline of a cat, scooping a litter
box and the it says, "still trying
to get my shit in order"!
I have a July 4th thing to attend,
just inside Nashville, I have not
done anything with the Kcrew in so
long, I really need to do the 4th.
also Tennessee's
250th anniversary!
Then, there is the trip to
Then at the end of Oct., I
have a trip planned with three
of the ladies I paint with to
the Hot Springs in Ark.
SPA day!
And a day on the creek rock hunting.
Look at me, I am
making friends!
Amber, Will and three of the
boys are headed out to Fla. today,
Panama City for a week.
I was of course invited but, I volunteered
to stay and keep the dog, I
don't have anyone to feed the cats
and care for them except Amber,
so, I will do my trips and she
can watch the cats.
To think, Panama City, week
of the 4th and Amber thought
she was going to take the dog.
What a silly thought!
At least out here, we have very little
firecrackers shot, so the dog and
cats will do fine.
