Transient Synovitis, Post COVID Hiring and Deer
Braden went home Saturday.
And this is what the issue
was.......
Transient synovitis
Transient synovitis is an inflammation
in the hip joint that causes pain, limp
and sometimes refusal to bear weight.
This occurs in pre-pubescent children and
is the most common cause of hip pain.
It occurs when a viral infection, such as an
upper respiratory infection, moves to and settles
in the hip joint.
And of course with all
this there is fever.
This can last up to
two weeks.
He is to take it easy,
stay on top of the
fever and rest.
Thank you all for the
kind words, thoughts
and prayers.
I have been meaning to
photograph things
that shows post
COVID
two yrs.,
and kept forgetting
but I did manage to take
these couple of pics.
Friday evening when
DJ and I got to the house
we went in through the
backyard. DJ looked up and
saw two deer and called
my attention to them.
This one was
cruising through the
yard and if you
look close you can see the
antlers of the one
laying down in the
yard behind him.
He had no fear of
me getting up close
to photograph him.
He proceeded through the yard
and then decided to rest
for a bit.
It was funny, when
he laid down the other
one got up and started
roaming through the
backyard behind me.
This one is going to be
handsome with those
antlers.

As for your deer, perhaps they take turns watching for predators while the other stands to forage. Great images!
Cool sighting in the back yard. Nice to have wildlife like that roaming right in your yard.
