Art Date with Rain ~ LOVE.

Welcome to Art Date with Rain.

Today's theme is ~ πŸ’“ LOVE πŸ’“!!

Come and join us.

HAHA....yes Rain I am finally playing
along! πŸ˜ƒ

My ART for ART DATE WITH RAIN
will be my writing.

The is a small magazine in the
city next to where I live. They
had their first anniversary yesterday.
Julie from TN Tiny Weddings brought
this magazine to my attention as well
as the fact that they were looking for
writers. Always wanting to write a book
(HAHA), I decided to jump in and
give this a try. The magazine is published
every three months and this is my
3rd story in it.

Being that Valentines Day falls
in February and it is considered
the month for love I am using
my story as ART.

I struggled writing this story since
I don't have that better half, the
love of my life, that special someone....
and my mind just kept traveling back
to the love a child shares for a parent.
There again, that struggle was real and
Krys, the lady in charge of the magazine
encouraged me to write what I felt anyway.

So, you can actually find the story here~

But you might actually be able to
read it from my pic.

Thanks all,

It's perfect and so uplifting a message aside from your great loss. ~hugs~ In fact, what your wrote is not only artful, but encapsulates what I learned about the history of Sweetest Day. :) By the way, I was surprised your region doesn't celebrate that holiday, nor have covered bridges. Very interesting. Be well, my dear.
That's very cool and darn good too, congrats!

Hi there my new friend Pam. I loved the article, it was so good. I cried all through it. I'm pretty sure we both lost our Moms w/in days of each other, for me it was January 20. This first year has been awful hard but I'm getting used to it I guess. Yes, I do collect the crystal balls, they are so pretty, I can't resist them! LOL
Wonderful post on Love!!! congrats
