Witchy Woman Photo Shoot, From Sick to Flare, Up Coming Trip
Hello.
It's me again...lol.
Wild Witchy Woman.
I did have a tune up done on my ride, so on
Friday I decided to take it out
for a spin to be sure all is
good.
I set up the props I needed and
handed my camera to Amber. Although, you would
never see Amber up flying around on a
broom but she was having run shooting her
mom doing her own photoshoot.
After that I pulled out the sheet.
I tried to get friends, which are
lacking in this county to do a ghosty
photo op, no one jumped on it,
so I set up my won..
when was the last time you
had family, hubs and wives, etc
photos done? Would you ever try
to get the family to pose for a witchy or
ghostly photo shoot?
Friday morning I opened the back
door to a blast of the coolest
fall temps, I LOVE IT.
Today is Saturday,
right now, at 9:18am it
is 50 degrees, high for the day,
62. My kind of temps.
HOWEVER, and you all know
me, I have been sick lately,
actually, almost two weeks.
It started with not feeling
up to par, sort of achy, not
fibro achy but just flu like
achy. I did not test positive
for COVID. There was and still is
a low level of pollen for me to
feeling like yuck for.
So, since a few weeks ago,
Amber's household went through this
old viral head congested crap, I
figure I was dealing with that, and
not having a lot of luck almost two
weeks later of kicking it.
Esp, not gracefully anyway.
Hocking the way I was and with
thickness and color, is not graceful at all!
MOVING ON...
I went from taking Alka Seltzer,
then I went to Alka Seltzer for
mucus, and since the produce of my
cough was not stopping the body expelling
the yuck, I changed to Sudafed to dry it
up. Day 3, of taking every 12 hrs., I stopped
the coughing with the production. YAY....
but with the head congestion has come
my bodies reaction to feeling so rough for
1.5 weeks, flare of pain in the shoulders, up
neck to the base of the skull, which causes
constant headaches.
So, as a normal anyway, flares always
come along during or after being sick.
The flare of the fibro has decided
to settle in the shoulders, necks,
and
base of the skull and a flare is a
pick up on the pain scale thing. I can
handle the normal daily pain,
it's the flares that make things
wicked. I have been medding it up cause
I have to be WELL, HEALED or
at least in the mind set of being able
to ignore the pain cause I am out
of the state of TN again the second time
in a month. Starting Tue., am,
driver....Kim
guest.....Vicki and Me
head to..... Hot Springs Ark.
If you remember, I go through
Hot Springs NC on the way to
the cabin. Kind of funny, less than
a month ago I was in Hot Springs (NC),
now I will be in Hot Springs again (ARK).
okay, sorry, I saw humor in that and giggled.
Kim is my age,
by one month. We have the same type
of likes in our life. Vicki is also the same,
stopped out of the blue and asked me
to go to a paint class of a friends.
Vicki is a mid 70s me, only she has
more get up and go with then I do.
Anyway, we will head out, prob
laugh till we are worn out. One day of
bath houses, Hot Water springs and
a massage.
Okay, I will be shot for sure then.
We are going to rock hunt in a creek
that runs in the park. sat by a fire
pit, shop, thrift, Crater of Diamonds state park one day
to hunt diamonds....lol, wish me luck. walks along
side the lakeshore, and goodness whatever
we can find to get into.
Sometimes I surprise even myself with
what I come up with.
I stopped at Dollar Tree the
other day and as I started down
one way for an item, I saw
two, Christmas placemats.
NO ole plastic ones but material.
Would have grabbed more than
two but the two I grabbed were the
only two left.
for either the benches outside
or even in the house. I was happy
to find two cause when I had
the pillow idea, I was thinking,
one for front and one for back.
HAHA
Then it hit me, I could get two
pillows if I used fabric I had on hand
for the backing. But when I picked
then up to start a pillow I realize
that each mat had a front and a back already,
So, forget the material, I slit opened
a side and I planned on slipping a Goodwill
pillow
right in between the
mat and sew it up. But, I really
did not like how overly full the stuffing
looked and felt, so, I stuffed them
with polyfill I had on hand.
Anyway, it turned out so cute.
Hoping you had a great weekend.
Monday rolls around fast,
Pam
