The Screen Door, Hummingbird, 80s Pic, Well House, and Hearts

 

Hi...
On the way from Nashville, 
I40 towards Memphis, a route I have
taken so many times and so many more
since the accident, I have seen this site.
Only thing I can guess, is it fell off a 
truck and someone picked it up,
sat it over in this field. 
But, if it fell from a truck, the glass
did not seem to break. And it is standing there
in the field with the frame also still around it, 
and of course I needed a pic.
I could not drive at 80 miles per hour, 
down the road and click this site but one
day Amber was taking us home. That was
my chance!
Looks cool standing out there like that.

Ray gave me this pic the day 
Lori and I headed for the mountains.
He said he bought it about ten yrs
ago and was going to frame and hang it 
but never got it hung. 
Apparently, he has no room to hang
it now so he gave it do me, and 
you all know how I feel about 
things on the wall.



Which means, I found a place for it.

Amber did this 80s look 
thing on FB. She used a pic of 
me and her at the wedding.
Funny thing, in the 80s my 
hair was dark!
Maybe in my next life I will be 
a blonde.

I took a side road off in 
Fairview one day on my way to 
the hosp cause they were working
on the roads. I saw this well house.

This is what I love about
creative people!
Their well house painted up in their back yard.

I know you remember my thing with 
hearts. I seem to notice them all
over the place.
I had a friend tag me on FB about
heart shaped things.

Yes, I continue to see hearts all
over the place,
in the sky, 

shadows through the windows 
of cars by the sun.
I notice them all over, 
I just don't always photograph them.
These are a sample of the latest.

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. Coffee Table Redo

Morning all. Couple weeks ago I found this at a neighbors home put out on the side of the  road. Loaded it up in my Prius. It was heavy and LONG.  Standing it up next to me it comes to my shoulders and I am 5'2. My daughter Amber had told me just that week that she needed a coffee table. I think it was meant to be! Basic maple with a traditional  look and a formica top. that you can't do much with. So after checking with my daughter to be sure size would not be a problem I got to work. I built a frame. My thoughts were that if I made a frame and attached wood to that I could slip it right over the top of the existing table top.  Oops....forgot a step... before making the frame I spray painted the base in an ivory color.  Now with that step added in I  move on to what it looks like with the wood attached  to my frame. Another Chilling Day - Brothers HOuse

House/dog/bird sitting at my brothers house.  Of course this was Lily's first trip there. Dakota  has house sat with me many times.  Lily was not too sure what to think about Ms. Lola. She loves the ledge at the large windows! My brother has some really pretty sunflowers.....all about to give it up for the summer. Wasp drinking from the hummingbird feeder. Just wondering if these are hot... haha...I will pass on trying them  out though. Bell pepper hiding from  view. Check out the spider web.
