Revamping, Black Racer, Skink, Bread, and Misty.

 Talk about recycling, revamping,
reusing, restyling,
I love this!

This is kind of cute.

Just not sure I would want this
in the house but maybe on the
outside at the front door.

The other day I had an errand
to run and on the way back I
took the other way in, way via
the creek. With the rain, I wondered if
maybe, since it sets lower, that some
big rocks had washed up on the
road. On the way there however,
I had to stop and let
this critter cross the road.

Black racer, good kind of snake,
lol, for a racer, his guy was moving
slow.

I did go by the creek and there
was no wash up but even with that,
I was afraid to go lifting up
rocks after seeing this guy.

Well, I made it back home without
having to stop for any other critters to
cross the road. Headed up to the two
steps to the porch when I heard the
rustle of something in the large
potted plant sitting by my steps.
I am not going to lie, I stepped back,
then leaned in with me phone to
see, and it was just a skink.
Thank Goodness!

One night, not a clue which one, cause
they all fun together, I decided to make
bread. I am a white bread sort of girl, and
this is the BEST I ever made, and I
have made good bread.
Difference this time that I never
have done before,
I let it rise a second time and then
I let it set on the counter for 15 mins.

YUM,
blasta, ~Irish
Mian, ~ French
¡ñam! ~ Spanish
delizioso~Italain

Now normally when I make bread I
usually freeze some of it to be sure
I don't and pig out. But I still have over
a half of a big loaf that I will take to
Amber and the boys.
On Friday evening I decided to
make more bread, with cheese
and rosemary.
AGAIN
YUM.
I made these into rolls that
I will bag up and freeze, I am the
only one that eats rosemary.

Yes, I am aware that is a pic of a
small mini loaf and not rolls...
I filled two large muffin pans
with rolls and it was either
fill one more and make a couple of
the minis. I went minis.

Got a text from Amber last night where
she stated that she liked bread also..
haha...
I am going to give her the remaining loaf
cause she don't like Rosemary.
Who don't like rosemert?
Do you like it?

Now doesn't this shot
make you heart happy?
Course, Misty River just sort of
blends in with the couch.
She is my sweet girl.
Before taking this nap she crawled
up on my chest and I asked for a kiss,
at which point she lowered her head and
came at me for a head butt, and so
I could kiss her on the head.

Once upon a time I wondered,
(lol, I am always doing that)
if a cat understood the human kiss.
This is what A1 on Explorer told
me.

Cats do not understand human kisses in the same way humans do, but they can learn to associate kisses with affection and positive emotions from their owners.

Misty takes it like a champ, on the top
of the head. Lily, however, does not take it
like a champ, she maneuvers her way into
avoiding contact on her head and goes for
the side. Telling you, that girl is BRAT!

Do you love on your furs,?
Do you kiss them on the head?
Darla, I know you don't and I know why!!
Do you leave the house telling them  you
will be right back?
My girls are probably totally confused
since right back could be ten mins
to HOURS!
Sometimes I think that they probably
welcome me being gone cause I
often think in this silly mind of mine that
they get tired on me going around
the house making up songs about them
and singing it to them!!

Be happy, have a great day,
Pam

What a cool idea with those hangers. I would never have thought to use them that way.
The bread looks really good. I have never made my own bread. I don't use Rosemary very often but I don't mind it.
