Rainy Monday, Misty, Twin House, Skeleton, Cover Up, Pig, Lyles, Yard Design, Fireflies, Plants,Spiders and Outside

Rainy Day and Monday....
Seriously, I am over this rain.

I think Misty says the same thing.

Yesterday evening I was taking
some of my grandson's friends to one of
their homes when I passed a
not identical twin of my house.
You know I love Halloween, and since
moving here I have noticed
that apparently the citizens of
Hickman Co. Tn love their
SKELETONS!
You can go just about anywhere I
see them up, all year long.
Saw this one yesterday.

I love it.

Remember my wagon water
feature to be, this is where
the two gutter things come
out from the ground and what I
will be covering up.

I went by the Piney River the
other day, and was so
pleased to see that they have
made a really neat area for the
kids...this was mixed in with them
kiddie stuff.
Not sure if I have shared
this before or not, but the
little community I go through
to get to my community is
Lyles. Someone posted this map
some time back on a FB page.
Pretty cool.
Lyles, like most of the communities around
here had their own working "city",
Everything was in walking
distance and there were lots of
places to go to do whatever.

Blow the pic up and you should be
able to see it all. Course, none
of the stores are there any longer.
I have been thinking of heading
to the Historical Commission and
see the ones for Nunnelly,
Bon Aqua and etc.

I have been, mostly in my head,
designing the yard.
My SIL sent me an area
we had talked about when I
was there a few weeks ago.
She fixed it up nicely.
She also gave me two chairs
just like this one in the pic.
They would work great in the yard,
but I am telling you, when I dig,
I hit termites so I really don't
care to put wood out in the
yard. But this is adorable.
Here are a few I found
scrolling FB. I love this stuff.

If I only had the ump
to do this type of work.
I would love it.
I really like that first one,
love that color green.

Did you know that there are
150.000 different types of
fireflies in the world?
I found that out a few years
ago. I looked it up cause
Theresa was assigned to go to
the Smoky Mountain and shoot
the night of the fireflies. Thousands and
thousands of them.

Now think about it, can you image how
hard photographing fireflies, esp thousands
of them.
IMPOSSIBLE.
But if you take several shots
and combined them into one,
below is what you get.

CRAZY.

Not sure if this is a thing
where you live but it has
become one in TN.
People being put in the hospital
really sick cause they did not no
the difference between Queen
Anne's lace and Hemlock.
I am shooting for the reminder
that the leave section on the Queen Annes Lace
holds more petals.

YUCK..
I DO NOT
LIKE
SPIDERS. But
this is interesting to know.
Now, the message below is how I have
been trying to live...

Have a fantastic week,

Pam
