Thank You, Girls, Set Up and Show
Headed out on Friday to
go and set up for the craft show when
I looked over to see this in
I looked over to see this in
front of my shed.
Getting closer I see a card.
From Deborah, neighbor on the
right side of me. I noticed that the
grass had gotten high, and that is not
like Deborah. She usually keeps up on
that. But she was out of down and I
saw her hubs get out of the
mower twice, but then stopped.
Figured there was an issue
with the mower, so Monday before
my doc appt., I got their yard and
my front done.
Wasn't that sweet of her?
I have been really enjoying my
morning coffee on the deck.
The other morn I had Lily gracing
my presence.
Sunday, and she is with again, on the daybed, purring.
Friday while I was starting to chill and
before the sunset all the way, I sat
down on the bed and looked
over into the cat window entering
into the dining room.
Sitting there on the stool,
watching her mom.
Look at my gypsy chilling next to
me.
As I mentioned, craft show on Sat. so on
Friday, I went 30 mins down the road to set
up things. Of course, I was not at
all surprised to see that Water Valley
is yet another town in this area that
looks as if all the folks just up and
moved out!
NOTHING THERE.
Community Center sets right in
the middle of farming land and there
is nothing but a few homes scattered around.
Those are all cell phone, drive
by pics.
Sat. when I went to the show,
after things were closed up and
packed back up I took off with my
real camera.
Do you ever just wonder about why a
house is just sitting there, falling
apart? Wander what you would hear
if the walls could talk?
Why someone might have
up and moved off, why curtains
still hang, how long its been
empty?
I am drawn to hold deserted
houses and barns.
This appears to be
Batchlors Buttons.
There is just something sad
about deserted old cars that
are tucked away behind building,
in trees, or even just sitting out
in the open.
Yet, they make magical
pics.
Hoping you have
an amazing
week!
Pam
