Temps, Cold, All Bones, Preparing and Shopping

7:08 pm
Friday night.
Yep, feel like 11 sure does
make it cold out there.
Burrrr
Looking like its going to
get even colder.
Mr and Mrs. All Bones
are patiently waiting for
SNOW.
Walkway has been covered,
coated with salt.
Little charger thingy
is charged and ready to go.

I have six solar lights
in a pot, gathered sunlight.
Yes, they are still outside but hopely
if there is some sun tomorrow
it will keep them charged.
If I lose my electricity
they will come in the house
for light.

My backdoor is glass, full
length glass, has been
covered with a blanket, the window
with the cat door is covered,
over the sink window is
covered, faucet is
dripping and cabinet
doors are open. Bathroom sink, dripping
and cabinet doors open.
All my thick winter pjs are
washed and dried, along
with my thick socks.
Just in case we get ice, I have
blankets in my room where
the girls and I will
curl up.

I was slowly cruising through
Wally World the other day,
first of the week as soon
as the weather report came out.
While just cruising, I started to
pick up a bag of this...

Only I decided not too.
I really do like them and
they do last, but...
before COVID I paid 6.96.
Look at that price now.
This is why I hate shopping for
groceries.

I was surprised with the price
on this.
When I actually bought one the
week before for 20 bucks
at Dollar General.
SHOCKER that Wally
World was higher.

Wow.....walking through the
clothes section,
I felt like I was looking
at my clothes hanging in the
closet during the 70's.

Look at this, funny how things
just keep coming about
and reappearing.

I think the first time I
remember seeing
Stawberry Shortcake
was when my daughter was
about a yr old, she just turned
45.

Okay, I know not everyone feels like
I do, but for me, this
is a HELL NO.

Looks like Wally World is hitting
all the past yrs.
This looks like something
from the 50's.

And this, well its just
a plain ole
YUCK!

How do y'all like going shopping
with me?
lol

Again, safe warm,
Pam

We were in the negative with temps yesterday. This morning we're at 10. Stay safe and warm.
I hate shopping. The prices are crazy. I don't like clothes shopping either because I don't like most of the stuff they have out.

We'd kill for 11 right now! Prices on everything are high. The solar lights might be a good idea. I think you are expecting ice. So far, ice has passed us by (thank goodness, just sub-zero cold. I'll take snow but ice is a killer.

I literally died laughing on some the clothes and you said that is a big Heck no! I died!!!! Now, I agree on that. But I do like the last shirt with the bow. I wouldn't wear it but I could see some skinny nice young lady wearing it. LOLOL!!!!! I did some prep for the winter stuff. It is cold here in the deep south for a change.
