Hat and Brooms, Misfire, Cats, Rocks, Door Decor, Dinos, Painting and Brick Books

 YEP...

so true!

Friday, I took off to the other
side of town aka my old
stomping grounds.

I had several stops to make which
makes for a long day,
but a busy one also.

My first stop was to visit
with Misfire. If you were not
following back a few years you
prob are not aware of her.
Misfire was Lori (sis in laws)
horse that my brother bought for
her years ago. They had two horses,
Jacks and Misfire.
When Jack past at 32, Misfire
was alone. I dated a guy that
rented his barn to a guy that
kept his horses there.
They suggested that Misfire come
there, upon which time Ray gave
me Misfire.

Shes a sweet girl, but pretty
much wants to be left alone.
haha
You can't ride her, she will
not allow that so, she became
a big ole fur baby pet.
After my mom passed and
I was struggling with my fibro,
I decided to find a place I could donate
Misfire, for children or vets etc.
At which point Chris' wife (we had stopped
dating and he was married now)
wanted to keep her. So, I agreed that
if she would love her and care for her
she could have her.
When I moved out to this new area,
I have not been able to see her much.
But with the sale of Chris' property,
I knew I had to go see her and say
good bye, I prob will not see her
again.

The person that bought Chris'
place, is the neighbor and he told Chris
that Misfire could stay, as well as
Tigress and Princess could stay.
He has my number, I have his
number so when I am out that way
he said it was okay to stop and
say hi to her.
Misfire is getting on up
there, right around 30 now.

She is showing her age and I
noticed that she is thinner.
I love this girl, she has been
in my life since she was about 7.

This way, she stays where she
is, a move at this age would
not be good for her.

I was greeted also by
Tigress. This cat was left
here by a woman that rented
the barn next.
Kittens she left were about
3 months out at the time.
Getting wild by the day and
I was not having that. Even
though Chris and I were no longer
dating I was there feeding Misfire
everyday. Anyway, there were three
kittens, two girls and a boy.
Tigress was the first that took to
me. the male next,

Princess being the last to trust.
Now, Princess is the first to greet
folks when they come around.

Sweet girls.

Back a few months ago I
painted a few rocks for
Mike. Mike is the guy that
found, loved and cared for
Yoda, the kitten.
If you remember Yoda past
a few months back when he
went into surgery to be fixed.
I painted one for Bucky, Mikes dog,
one for Yoda and one for his new
cat Leila.

I dropped those off on Mikes
front porch.
Here is what he posted on FB
later.
Wow - Christmas came early to our house!!! And I can’t imagine getting a better gift this season than these gorgeous, creative garden stones honoring Bucky, Princess Leia and, of course, the late Yoda.
Pam Montgomery Jackson showed off her unique artistic flare and incredible generosity and kindness by making such thoughtful gifts 💙💙💙 I have no idea how to express our appreciation accept to say Pam, you are the best!!!

From dropping those off to
visiting with Chris and Renee,
Misfire and the cats,
to stopping at the bank.
After that was done I went by
to visit with my sis in law,
Kim and dropped off a rock I
painted for my brother Mark
several months ago.

A few years ago, Mark found this
rock and gave it to me.
I had did a wood burning project
on a piece of wood I took from
his truck and he loved it.
When he found the rock he said,
"if Pam can do that with a piece of
wood, wonder what she can do with
this rock"!

With that, he is the rock I painted
for him that I finally got delivered.

He was not home but I got a text
from him, thanking me and telling
me how much he liked it.

Stopped at Dollar Tree, then I
headed over to my other
brothers place.
I had a few things for them also.

I made this for Ray and Lori's
door.

Sinclair, why?
Because of this in their
front yard.

haha, and they
have added a baby dino to the
mix.

I had also collected a BUNCH
of wildflower and other seeds for
my brother who is going to
start his winter project, build
a greenhouse out of windows.
He has a lot to start with now.

Plus, I had this for Lori to give
to my niece Jessica.
She has a new baby so I painted
this for her.

I also left this for my nephew,
Chase. He can put in his yard
or use as a book mark.
Sorry, the bird one is for
my daughter, but the duck
feet was Chases favorite
book as a child.

So, with all that, I was tired
last night when I got home.
It was a long day.
But all deliveries were taken
care of. Today, one last cut on
the yard.

I sent Chase a text telling him I
left him something at his dads.
He facetimed with Ray last night and
Ray showed him. He loves it.
I love doing things like this for others.

Mowing I think is calling my
name.
Pam
