Wild Turkey, Quilt Shed, Barn Quilt, Quilt Address Rock, Silo, Road Name, and Signs,

 Monday I went to Centerville,
needed somethings from Dollar Tree.
I like this Tree cause it always
has good crafting stuff and its
always organized.

On my way home I went past
this house that had a
heard of wild turkey just
cruising around the front yard.

There were more, but this is
all I aimed for.
I wanted to yell at them,
"RUN, RUN, RUN, Thanksgiving
is not far away."

I took an adventure ride
down a road I had not
traveled before.
This little shed caught
my attention with the
sample of a quilt on the
front.

My eyes travel to these
things since my sis in law
quilts and I painted one for
the barn where they lived before
their last move.

Finished barn quilt.

Do you ever see any of these
on your travels?
I wanted to understand them
a bit more, so I looked this
up.

I not only painted one for the
barn years ago for my sis
 in law, I also painted
one to sit in the yard
at the cabin in NC.
This was the finished project
before I sealed it.
This is where it started out
in NC.

 but the tree is
closer to the road so
it now sits under it.

Mine, that I did for myself,
was also sealed
but mine sits under the
covered front porch so it
will be a while before it needs
to be sealed again.

While I was out venturing
down roads untraveled by me,
I found this.

So cool and just standing in the
middle of an open field.
Be a neat place for a family pic,
or a senior class pic.

HAHA.....what a street size!

Not Opossum but Possum.
I have to also wonder if it was
named this for the possum or the
ridge, or was it the possum on the ridge!!
You never know what folks
are thinking.

I have learned that not only
does Hickman Co. AKA Hicksville
not like change or growth, they
don't like removing the old.
A 76 sign.

I shot this one right after moving
here, it is on the main strip to my house.

I have things I should be
doing, I started trying setting up and
arranging the craftroom. I need to get in
there and finish it up, but I also need
to drive to Centerville to storage and
pick up my other table. You see, I bought
a round, small table for a good size
dinning room...haha and it should not
surprise you, I don't like it in there.
I moved it to the craftroom.
Now, gosh, that dining room looks
big and bare now.
Oh well, its the always changing
aspect of my life.
It's either that one in storage or
I cut down an old door for a
table, but will need to have
glass cut for it.

My point is, that is I
head to pick up the table,
I am taking my camera along with me.
I feel the itch.

Are you itching for something?
Do you do a lot of changing and
moving around of things in
your house?
