Frogs, Game Time, Visit From Cobi, Trip, Accident, Surgery and Trip
Pretty sure that I shared
this before, but now I have
it finished with ribbon.
Made this for Amber to hang
on her front door. It is
Titan football colors
and it is football season.
This was going to be part
of a Bday thing but since
its Titans time in Tn.,
I will give to her this weekend.
Questions ~ Do you decorate for
Halloween? Do you do pumpkins?
Carve or paint?
Place outside or just enjoy
them inside?
I have not carved a pumpkin in
way too many years. When my kids
were still at home and younger,
way younger we started painting
our pumpkins.
I have not even had a real,
live pumpkin in years, except for some
that I bought just to sit out
around a bale of straw. Only to
feed to my friend's pies haha,
I read over what I just typed and laughed,
not pies but pigs!!!!
Sitting here working on the post
7:30 am and my nephew calls, he is
on his way on another adventure, he
is driving around different states. He has
been up in the New England states,
and his second trip he went through
Ga. and was getting started in Fla.
when he had an accident and had to
come home for surgery.
More on that later, its
one of those funny (sorry he got
hurt) stories that will never
die in the family.
Anyway, he is off to Memphis,
Ark, Oklahoma (who knows
where else but then he plans
on ending in Fla. to try it again!
Cobi's trip in Flas. started in
Melbourne Fla.
Where he spent a couple days
and nights with is aunt on
his step moms side of the family.
He had just started the
fun in Key West.
When he posted a pic of
a chicken walking into an
open bar.
This is what Cobi posted
with the pic,
"I've heard the joke about the chicken crossing
the road, but I've never heard the one about why
the chicken was getting trashed in a bar

Just shortly after watching
the chicken strut in the bar,
Cobi had is accident.
Riding a scooter when out of
nowhere came a flying chicken,
hit him in the face, knocked him from the
scooter and he hit the ground.
Ended up in the ER with
a badly broken thumb and a
broken rib.
Headed back to Melbourne,
he stayed the night and drove home.
Within a week of that he
had surgery on his thumb
a scooter and a chicken came out of
nowhere and flee and hit me in the face and
I crashed out. I have a severely broken left thumb
and have to come back to Nashville to get
surgery done within the next few weeks.
Headed out this morning
to finish up what would have
been the last of
his trip and since
that was putting him headed
my way, he called. He visited
about an hour and headed out
again.
Have fun Cobi!
Yep, Cobi that is a family
story we will not let die.
Happy days,
Pam
