Heart Shaped, Shed Chunks, Blockage, You Call Me, Chimes, Fishing, and Oz

Have you ever noticed that
there are a lot of heart
shaped rocks?
Since moving out
to this area, I have
found so many. Today, I
was at the shed working
when I saw this.

Also, while at the shed,
I looked up and
noticed marks on my
shed. Looking closer I
realized that they were
chunks taken out of the
shed, apparently
from something being
thrown into it via wind.

On Friday I got a bunch
of little projects done.
I am actually impressed
by what I did.
I picked out a spot in
the yard, next to the
carport that has issues
growing grass so I
went and losened up
dirt in that spot, that
is where my wildflowers
are going to grow.
With incoming rain for
a couple more days, I
was not planting but I
did want to prepare that
spot. With that done,
I also notice a drainage
issues and I knew that
my seeds would just
wash away when I do plant
so I blocked off
the area in question.

Oops, looking at this pic,
I realized that I need
to get the rest of the
grass out of the driveway.
I have already cleared several
areas when just walking
to and from the car or
mailbox, but had not
gotten this area.

On top of doing that, I attached
hooks and chains to
both doors on the shed and
the door that goes
under the house. I did
this so that when opening
the doors I can chain
them in place so they
don't blow shut. Also,
 installed one inside the
shed so that I can just
reach in and pull the
chain down unlatching
the shed door.

While messing around under
the house, I took the
blanket off the hot water
heater to get to the
controls. I like
HOT
baths and showers
and since being here,
I can't get them hot
enough. Suggested temp
for that is 125, mine
was sat at 123 but now
its at 130. Had a nice
bath this evening.

Got the screen door screen
fixed. Remember the dog
I thought might be lost and
I put her on the deck
to keep her from wandering
off? She busted the bottom
part of the screen. I have been
having to block the door so
the girls could enjoy the
deck. Now, its fixe and
no more blocking.

Planted some plants that
needed to go in
pots.
Course keep in mind,
I took a lot of breaks!!

Went looking for Lily Bit
on one of my check on
the girls moments.
I called out to her before
looking out the back door.
This is what I saw.
"did you call me, mom"?

I love this and I do
love the sound of chimes
blowing in the wind.

I know several states
have been affected by
the weather, Kentucky
is no different.
This pic was taken in
Ky.

"Hony, fire up the stove, I went
to the front yard for dinner"!
OH MY GOSH!!

Now one last thing
before ending this
post, I saw this on
FB.

You sure got a lot accomplished. I need to get out in my yard and start cleaning things up. Either the weather isn't good or when it is I have other things to do.
You sure were busy. Boy, the storms up your way sure have been awful.

The fish in the front yard is quite the photo! Incredible weather. I should stop complaining about a bit of snow.

Have a great week, Pam.
