Changes and Coffee, Fall, Critters, Quakes, and Paint

Yesterday in that post I
mentioned things of our past,
things that have come and gone,
One of the things now going,
going, gone, is a lot of
the stores and places we have
been used to eating at.
2020 ~ post COVID.
Things changed after COVID,
stores I think realized that they
could do away with brick
and mortar stores, or have less
inventory stocked in them by
continuing online ordering.
If you go in stores shopping,
you will find a lot of stores,
don't carry near the stuff they
used to. Less brands to pick from.
I go shopping and I am totally
shocked at what I walk out
WITHOUT!
I don't mind ordering online
but a lot of things I like
to touch, see, try on, etc
without having to make arrangements
to send it back.

With that said, I used to travel
to Ky. with my friend T. They have
Meijer stores up there, sort of
like Wally World and I found
Butterscotch coffee there.
When T would travel that way to
visit family she would grab
me a bag full. Not living near
T now, I was missing my
Butterscotch coffee.
I should have ordered it
from Meijers and had shipped
but I have an account set
up with Wally World so I ordered
from them. Not the same brand
but the taste. Yep, this goes in
my book of don't order again.

Can't even taste the flavor and I
paid way more for it then I
would have from Meijers.

LOOKY, LOOKY
what I found in Hobby Lobby.
FALL items.

and we are not even out
of spring yet.

Oh my, let me just get
through the summer.

My critters are back.
They love hanging on the porch
and scatter when I step out.
Is it strange that I love
to see them, makes me smile.

I heard that the other day
TN had an earthquake near
Chattanooga which is about 3 hours
away. I looked this up about
earthquakes.

WHAT?
I had NO CLUE.
Course the one we had the other
day was like 2.7 and nothing like you
folks in Calif. have!

I went out and got some paint
mixed the other day. Decided
that I needed to change the color
of my front door. Remember the
talk about me changing things here
to make this mine and putting
my touch on my home....
IT HAS STARTED!
I have not painted much on
the door, however, I did paint
a section just to see if I liked it.
I look over and see the
cock and look on Lily's face,
not sure if she likes
or don't.

HAHA.
What color is your front door?
Do you change that out or do you
leave it forever the same?
Pam

That last photo is a keeper for sure. The number of earthquakes is incredible!

Sorry the coffee wasn't what you wanted, but you know where to order it from now.

Our front door is a egg shell color. We're getting ready to paint our home (outside) so we'll see what color it ends up to be. Not yet got the colors all down.

Awww on your precious kitty. They are so precious.

Have a fabulous day and week, Pam. Big hug to you and scritches to the girls. ♥

You can have earthquakes anywhere. And often. Yeah, you wouldn't notice a 2.7 unless you were right on top of it. We have those happen a bit here, too.
That flavor of coffee would be much better if you could taste the flavors! I like that little lizard thing, it would drive our kitties nuts. Hello sweet Lily!

Oh my word, fall stuff out already? That's crazy.
My front door has been a boring white since I moved in and will probably be that same boring white until I die.
