Coffee, Magic, Button Family, Bees, Tomb, Craving, Misty, Wall and Dirt

Morning everyone!
Friday morning I decided
to take my coffee in bed.
It's just so nice and comfy and
since I was not ready to
get up to begin with,
I came back with coffee
in hand.

Today's post will consist
mostly of things
I pull from FB since I have
really not been getting out
to take any of my
own. I think I have settled
into being somewhat of
a home body.
YUCK, something
I thought I would
NEVER
be.

Anyway, here goes.

I personally just want the
magic to give me
the energy and strength to
get things done today.

I saw this on FB this
morning. Course my mind
started working. Thinking
that I will do one for
Brayden, Hannah, Evie and
Beckman.
One for Caleb, Triniti,
Boog, Felicity and
the new one coming
for Christmas.
I have buttons!!
Bet you thought,
"well, of course you do"!!

This is a good idea but my
thoughts are that I would
be filling those little
cups several times a day
in the heat of the
summer.

Did you have a favorite
subject in school?
I did and it was not
math of any sort, English
was not it either but
History was the one I
loved. I think that is one
reason why I tend to enjoy
things like this.

When I see things like
this, I jump over to the
internet and read up on these
things. I told my mom
once that if I had the
internet growing up I would
have made straight A's!
Yep, I confess, those were
not the grades I made.

Although this is not
history, I enjoy reading
stuff like this.
So interesting to
learn.

I would prob need to eat
a banana, baked apple
and other fruits at
one time!

Thursday night I had
my snuggle buddy
with me when I went
to bed. Why are cats so
cute when they are
sleeping?

Sort of like a baby sleeping,
they are adorable.
Baby sleeping, makes me
want to pick them up,
same with the girls.
I wanted so much to
pick this girl up and love
on her, but instead, I leaned
over and kissed her head,
leaving it to that.

Worked out in the yard
on Thursday but I have decided
that I need someone else
to do what I need done, but only
after I tried to do it.
Decided I need a retaining wall
at the side of the porch
reaching out into the side
yard to
prevent my yard from
washing away. I think
I would be just fine with
either a one row or
maybe two rows, but we
will see.

I also decided I needed a load
of dirt dumped in the front
yard since my yard has
washed away on this slight
slope I am on.

I contacted the man who actually
built my home to see if he
knew where I could get a load
of dirt. I got a message
back that said he would have
one of his guys bring a load
and spread it for me.
WHAT?
The "warranty" on the house
has expired, I have lived
here over a year but he is
going to do that for me.
YAY!
I knew it would take me
a while, a long while to
get it spread and moved
around the yard.
Never knew anyone to
be so excited over

 but I am..
Or maybe it is that it is
going to be spread for me?
Who knows.

It's 8:30, the heat has not
kicked in as of yet so I think this
old woman is going out
and play around with
dirt, pots and plants.

Later,
Pam

That's great that he is bringing you a load of dirt! He sounds like a good guy.
The cats are so cute when sleeping. They look innocent, just like kids do when they're sleeping.
I love the button family. I may try to do that with a grandkid or two!

I liked Math.
I've visited the Tomb. of the Unknow Soldier, it is something. Misty sure is snuggy adorable!
I do like the button family art, it's a lovely idea.

All the best Jan

I have a ton of buttons here. Maybe I can think of someone I can make that for.
I get excited any time someone offers to help me.
I doubt I ever got an "A" before in high school or before. In college I got several, but work was paying for it and I had to turn in my grades to get reimbursed so that was a little different.

Great news on the pile of dirt!

I'd be excited, too! Best wishes and hugs, my dear. Again, I'm sorry about the painful ant attack.

Don't we all have little tins of buttons collected from who knows when? I seem to have inherited all of them from my various female ancestors. Yay on the dirt. That'll help.
