The Comfy Cozy, Little Debbie, Misty the Stealer, The Mind Reader, and Plants

A friend of mine posted on
FB to show your cozy!
Tray sells essential oils and she
is doing this thing on her business
page about being good to
yourself, this month is being
cozy in your home.
She asked today what cozy
was to her followers.
My reply was curling
up on the couch with my
handmade quilt made by
my sis in law, Lori.

She taught herself to
quilt and through the yrs
she was improved with
each quilt.
Back before age sat in
and arches fell, I loved
to wear flip flops and of course
I love purple.
She made this one for me.
I keep it on my couch,
sometimes on the back but
most times, you have to
push it out of the way to sit down.
I love cozy, comfy and snuggly.

I knew this was in TN.
I think I also knew it was
in Collegedale Tn. The problem
is, I did not know where
Collegedale was!
Might make a day trip of
it, or hit it on my next trip
to North Carolina to visit
my brother and SIL in the mts.

But of course, I will research
what else there is to do
in Collegedale.

My many trips of taking
the kids to the doc lately, finally
go me I think.
Yesterday, fever, tummy issues
and headache. Got up to go to
the BR and came back to
Misty taking over my
heated throw.

Later she moved to let
me have my spot but she
stayed close to me.

Later in the day, I have
this sitting on my lap....
STARING!
Trying to see into my soul,
read my thoughts, or
whatever that look is!
Actually, she is requesting
treats!
If this don't work, she will
start bumping heads with me.

Come Monday morning I
am feeling better. Good thing cause
I have a couple of errands to run. I
needed to get my car tags since
they expired Jan. 31 and property
taxes are due the 28th of this
month. Paid, and applied
for the advantage of turning
65, freezing my property taxes!
Thats one advantage. Unless I
build on or add a pool, etc,
it will stay the same.
The feel better did not last,
every time throughout the day,
if I ate anything, I got sick feeling
again. Last week Amber had
this really bad. I think I just
got a light touch of it.
But, I wished it would
move on. Maybe that is
what Misty was doing while
looking at me, trying to pull
that bug out of my body.

Check out these plants if
you have cats.

Interesting and nice to know.

Hope your week started out
well and cont. to stay
that way,
Pam

I remember Little Debbie goodies.

Your kitties are most adorable.

Have a fabulous day and week, Pam. Scritches to the kitties. ♥

I hope you all feel better. Yikes. I have a lingering cold that I wish would go away. (It could just be the grief, though. That's what I'm blaming, anyway.)

That's a really nice quilt. Something I've always wished I could do but never had the patience for.

Hope you don’t get the harsher version of that sickness, Pam. Love the cozy you enjoy. I have a handmade quilt from my mother for the couch as I sit by the fire this time of year. So cozy.

That Little Debbie Park is delightful. By the way, I didn't know Dolly Parton was originally from Tennessee. You must try her banana bread, it's so moist and Yummy. You take the best pictures of your cats. I really like quilts and crocheted pieces too. The one your sister-in-law made with the purple colors is pretty. So nice to cozy up and watch a good movie. I hope you are doing well, Pam, with your fibromyalgia. I remember you suffering with that from time to time.

ps.....thanks for the larger font on your posts. They are so much easier to read with my tired eyes. I wish more of my blog friends used larger font. : )
That handmade quilt looks very nice.
Hope you feel better soon.

All the best Jan
