Bday Princess, Rocks, Sign of Spring, and Weather

It's nice to be loved but
but I really tried to just
forget it.
Amber was not letting
me do that. She had a
family thingy for my bday
on Saturday.

I was the Birthday
Princess.

I love when Felicity's
mom does her hair.

I was honored.
Thank you, Amber.

I painted a couple more
rocks for my rock bed.
One I pulled from the cheek
at my brothers cabin.

And one from my yard.

This one for Rosemary
came from my home of
28 yrs. I painted it for my
rosemary but had to repaint
to reuse.

I seal these so that they will
hold up.

On Thursday I noticed that
I had Sedum coming back up
near the mailbox.
After seeing this I checked
some planters I moved
to the porch. I have a ground
cover coming back along with
daffodils.
A sign from Mother
Nature that if Old Man
Winter would stop playing
around, she could come out
play for good!

Today, Saturday, I was woke
by rolling, booming and banging
thunder. I rolled back over and
went back to sleep. That
was around 3am. When Misty
woke me at 6:30 it was raining
pretty hard. Cleared up for a bit
but is at it again. Wind has been
been picking
up and storms moving in.
Storms in am,
possible tornados in the
evening and possible
snow flurries tomorrow.
Now if that is not covering
a wide range of weather, I don't
know what is.

HAHA....when I got ready to
leave Amber's around four, she
said she might see me this
evening! In other words, it
gets bad, she is coming over.

You guys know I so dislike
the rain on my body.
So, I am sitting in my favorite
spot, corner of the
sectional, laptop in lap,
local tv on to follow the
weather, Lily on the back
of the couch and Misty by
my legs, and we both are
laying on the heated throw.
I love my heated throw!

Hoping all is well with
you all,
Pam

Looks like a great birthday celebration. I hope the rain breaks soon so you aren't in so much pain.

I think the heated throw sounds like a grand place to be! I hope the worst of the weather doesn't materialize. And three cheers for your birthday party! I believe birthdays should be celebrated for as long as as often as one will celebrate. I'm glad you were feted by the family!

I like the fact we share the same birth date. :) Mine was spent cooking for my husband. lol It's a joy, though. Best wishes, my dear.
