Kitty Lovin', Snow Day Entertainment, Foil, Vanilla, Embarrassing Kids

 Getting kitty love!

Again later in the day.

This girl knows how to make
you feel so good. If she lays
beside me, she has to reach
out and touch me. If she
lays on my like below,
its like she stretches out
one leg like she is hugging me.

I gave up cross stitching
for two reasons,
one, harder to see as
I aged and Lily.
Pulling the thread through
the material with a cat
attacking the thread.
Sometimes, crocheting is
just as hard. On Sunday,
I was rolling yarn in
balls to keep them from
getting messy.

I finally had to wait till
the girls took a nap.

Lily getting ready for nap
time on the bed.

Now let's move on to
other interesting things.
Have you ever used
aluminum foil sheets?
They are amazing.
There are times when you
might need a larger sheet
but most times one sheet
of these works just great.

Something I found out
a few months ago,
did you know that the
the cap on the vanilla
flavoring is exactly one
teaspoon size. For that you
would not even need measuring
spoons. I was not aware of
this.

I was at Walgreens with
Amber, DJ and Braden
on Monday. I was walking down
an aisle when the music hit
me. I started dancing down
the aisle. I saw a man about
my age coming up the aisle,
smiling really big. I laughed and
told him that my grandsons
were behind me and I
wanted to embarrass them,
actually, that is not why
I started dancing.
But the man laughed, and said
he understood.

With that said, I do remember
the days that I did set out
to embarrass my kids!
So much fun.
They hated to ride with me
when I was dropping them at
moms so I could do a
kids bday party. My kids
would ride in the car with me,
but they would get in
the floorboard. Guessing they
were not crazy about riding
with a mom, looking
like a clown or maybe it
was the fact that I waved
at everyone that I drove by!!

I love your kitties and love it with you show us your loving babies.

I didn't know that about the vanilla cap. I'll be very smart when hubby needs the next teaspoon full. Thank you for that.

Have a fabulous day and week, Pam. Scritches to the kitties. ♥

It is so much fun to embarrass kiddos. And they embarrass so easily. Not so much once they reach adulthood.

Pets have a way of making you feel loved. I remember trying to crochet with a cat around. It wasn't fun
Aww such sweet kitty pictures.

Remembering how you embarrassed them are no doubt some of Amber's and Cory's most precious. ;P Amazingly, our cats haven't bothered my yarn project with plastic canvas. Unfortunately, I have trouble seeing to work this extra fine mesh now, over a decade since its purchase. I feel like I mentioned this elsewhere. Anyhow, I've debated giving up yet have done so much, I'm conflicted. Be well, my dear, and you two furry girls take good care of her!
