Heavenly Bday, Misty Babe, Neighbors, and Best of All, Baby Beckham Pics

 Dec. 5th, my mom 

would have been

87.

Just one more call to hear

your voice would be the 

best. Five years have made a lot

of chances in your family.

So many times, I wanted to pick 

up the phone and call you, 

those moments throw me off

guard so fast. The times I think

of you are not full of tears

these days, but those "I gotta

call mom", times throw 

me for a loop.

Life goes on, but love does

not change, missing you comes

easier but you are still missed.

Speaking of which, he might not be

your blood great, great grandson,

but he came into this 

world as our family and 

he came on your bday.

Please add Beckham to 

your list of folks to look

out for.

Lily jumped from her 

perch on the back of the 

couch Wed. evening and headed

to be, but Misty stays close.

I was stretched out on one side

of the sectional and Misty on 

the other side, but not far from 

me. Look at that sweet look.

When she sleeps closer to me, 

she stretches her paw out to 

touch me. She was trying last 

night but I was a bit do far away.

Speaking of Lily Bit, at 4:45 this

morning, she wanted mom up.

I was woken from loud meows from

the bathroom where she was

perched on the counter, wanting

her rub down.

She got a flat NO at that

point. I rolled over, covered my

head and dozed again. 

Then BAM, three times

she ran across the upper half

of my body. I had to get up 

after I busted out laughing.

I did check food and water, then

laid on the couch to nap.

Upon waking later,

I went and woke Lily, she 

was not happy!!

haha...

Ann, I thought of you when

I saw this on FB.

Now last but not 

least by any means...

Beckham made his way into the 

world via a C section at

10:32 am on Dec. 5th.

He weighted in at 6 lbs 2 ozs

and at 18.5 inches long. 

I had to wait till today, this

evening to post a pic.

Things have changed 

in hospitals

and they don't bathe 

the babe until

24 hours after birth. So, 

Hannah did not 

want to post about his 

birth till he

had a bath and she 

could dress him.

I was not going to visit with 

him until they came home

because the day of birth they

had tons of company. However, 

I had errands to run so I 

sent a message was it okay

if I visited. YES, of course.

I got up there while everyone 

was working today so I had time

to visit with Brayden, Hannah and 

Beckham.
