Morning, Misty, Lily, Favorite Food, Events and Hats

Morning...
and the Merriest of
Thanksgivings
to you and yours.

I know you must wonder
why I always have pics of
Misty and not so much of
Lily...

Well, the reason is, when I sit,
painting, blogging, surfing the
net, or just watch tv, Misty don't
care, she will push her way over what
I am doing to be on me.
\
And if you wonder why she
is a mama's baby, this is the reason.
Lily, is so unlike that. She
only request to be fed and to
be rubbed, on her terms of course.

Lily, however, loves her spot
on the back of the couch.

Thanksgiving is upon us.
I will have had two Thanksgiving meals
when all is said and done.
With that said, my favorite
part of the meal is the dressing.
Next in line would be the
cream potatoes, and truth
be know, I love to have both
on my fork at the same time!
Topping that off, also on the
same fork, cranberry sauce.
My middle grandson asked last
year what cranberry sauce was, once
I told him, he stated that must
be an old person food!

What is your favorite part of the meal,
the food that is?
Also, I eat ham, not a turkey fan.
But on the reunion meal, my cousins
hub smoked us some pork tenderloin.
It was amazing!
By the way, left over food
was taken to a rehab home.

If you are like most folks, this
becomes the busiest time of the
year. This year I hope to attend the
County Seats Christmas parade and
tree lighting,

and our small town tree lighting.
Which I need to look up
when that is.
 Plus, taking in the parade
in the town next to us.

Took a trip to Wally World
on Tuesday, needed to
get some things to finish
up my Thanksgiving shopping.
I am trying to help
Amber with some of the stuff
this yr. esp with the cost
of things.
If I did not need them I would
not have given over
5 bucks for eggs.
Baking items like pecans,
flour, powdered sugar and more
has gotten higher than
normal. Something has to
give, but anyway, I got my
stuff.  While there I had
to try on these hats I walked
past.

Me, just being me!

Here is hoping you have
all your Thanksgiving meal
stuff and don't have to make a
last min run,
Pam

It amazes me how two cats can be so different.

I love turkey, cranberry sauce and dressing. The rest…not so much.

We are having ham this weekend with our family after the kids sleep-over. We are really looking forward to it.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Pam. Best wishes!
