Season to be Sneezing, Flowers, Crackers, and a Cleaning Hint
TIS THE SEASON TO
BE SNEEZING here in
BE SNEEZING here in
the south.
Things are in bloom and
I am stuffed up today.
BUT,
it's all pretty.
It's flowers, trees,
bushes and plants waking
up after winter and coming
to life again.
I grabbed some pics
at Lowes when I was
in Nashville Thursday.
Magnolia tree blooming
out with those large colorful
flowers.
One of my fav spring additions,
a Forsythia bush. So bright and
yellow, like the sunshine.
Cool tree.
I laughed out loud when I
saw a big table of dirt
being pushed up by
tulips coming up from
under it.
PURPLE....yes, you know
this caught my attention.
I am not big on roses, makes
me think of a funeral home.
WHY? If you have roses in
a funeral home, that smell takes
over, the whole room smells like
a rose. So when I see and smell
roses, I think funeral.
However, this was a beautiful
color...
and
BIG!
Oh my...
nope, I did not make, but
boy they look good.
Maybe someone will
try them and let me know.

I have backed off my baking of
treats. The past yr. I have been eating
a tad too much sugar, sweets,
and breads. Sort of like
comfort food with being
sick for the first nine months
of last yr., the recovery, the
move, Christmas...etc.
Since moving, what I bake usually
over 1/2 goes to the boys.
With that being said, I am not
baking a lot of chocolate cause
DJ (middle grand) does not eat
choc.
Yep, I am still asking how he
is related to me!!
haha
Have issues cleaning the
ceiling fan blades, where
the dust flies all over?
Take a pillow case, turn
it inside out, slide the
blade in the pillow case then
near the blade, grasp
you hands around the
opening to close the
pillow case. Grasp had and
pull the case off the blade,
taking dust with you.
Take it outside, turn
it inside out and shake...
Dust be gone!
Have an amazing day,
Pam
