King Look Alike, My House, and Signs

I was sitting out
in the yard yesterday 
when Chey barked. 
I looked up to see this
guy/gal running
down the road. He
was getting it fast.
I called out to stop him
and he stopped. I was going
to go see if he
had a collar on but
he would not let me
get close. 
I think his thoughts 
were, "oh crap, I 
have been caught", so
he started running back
up the hill! 
LOL
I hope he got home.

So reminded me of
the KING.


Coming home the other
day with the last
of the rain coming
down. I came
from the side road, and
since the tree caught 
my attention I had
to take a pic.

The rain came and just
about took all the 
leaves off. So I 
wanted a pic before
they were all gone.



The last couple of
days have had a lot
of wind so the ghost
and witches have been
flying all over.


While I sat in the 
yard I looked up
at the larger tree in 
the front yard. 


I have really enjoyed the 
colors this yr.

Tuesday, I worked
a secret wedding.


Secret means, NO PICS
to share! Older gent, 
marrying for 3rd time,
younger chick marrying for
4th times. Him not
wanting kids to know about
the marriage till afterwards!

It seems like automotive places do good with signs. We have a tire place that does that. They had a "now hiring" sign out for a while, but recently changed it to "now tiring".

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. Coffee Table Redo

Morning all. Couple weeks ago I found this at a neighbors home put out on the side of the  road. Loaded it up in my Prius. It was heavy and LONG.  Standing it up next to me it comes to my shoulders and I am 5'2. My daughter Amber had told me just that week that she needed a coffee table. I think it was meant to be! Basic maple with a traditional  look and a formica top. that you can't do much with. So after checking with my daughter to be sure size would not be a problem I got to work. I built a frame. My thoughts were that if I made a frame and attached wood to that I could slip it right over the top of the existing table top.  Oops....forgot a step... before making the frame I spray painted the base in an ivory color.  Now with that step added in I  move on to what it looks like with the wood attached  to my frame. Another Chilling Day - Brothers HOuse

House/dog/bird sitting at my brothers house.  Of course this was Lily's first trip there. Dakota  has house sat with me many times.  Lily was not too sure what to think about Ms. Lola. She loves the ledge at the large windows! My brother has some really pretty sunflowers.....all about to give it up for the summer. Wasp drinking from the hummingbird feeder. Just wondering if these are hot... haha...I will pass on trying them  out though. Bell pepper hiding from  view. Check out the spider web.
