Beaded Flowerbed, Plants, and Coffee

Last yr at this time I started
to weed through craft stuff to do
away with.
I was not making jewelry anymore
so I sold and gave away
several containers of
beads. Now I wished I
had not done that.

I have been wanting to make
one of these, so I bought some
beads and I had necklaces that
I would not wear anymore so
I took some of them apart.

This is a metal whisk, I took
wire cutters to it to open
the loops. Strung beads,
curled the end of the wire on
the whisk around when I
was finished beading and
stuck it in the garden.

Just fun and some extra color.

Speaking of color...
My three brand new
Hydrangea bushes are
doing great!

They are pink.

Julie gave me a chive plant.
Has a purple flower.

Did you know you can eat the
flower? I did not but I tried it
and it has the best onion taste...
only it took me forever to get
the taste out of my mouth. I bet
they are amazing cooked
up in something.
I used toothpaste, mints and gum
and could not get that taste gone...
I ended up putting peppermint
essential oils on my tongue!

I have noticed that most of
my plants bloom...
PURPLE!

My Lambs Ear is blooming.

Can't remember what this is...put
now it even has small
purple blooms.

Here that plant is in
my guitar.

I was at TN Tiny Weddings
assisting at a really tiny
wedding and while we
waited for the guest I
took some shots.

Look, a TN Tiny Critter!

A frog.

Hanging in a tree.

A TN Tiny Wedding 1/2
heart. The bottom
was missing.

Wed. morning coffee on the deck.

Hoping you are enjoying your week,

Pam

Funny how we want what we tossed two weeks later. I do that too.

Love the Tiny Weddings grounds. So beautiful.

Have a fabulous day, Pam. Scritches to the furbabes. ♥

I love the chive flower but you are right -- they are strong! Best used IN something! You adapted whisk is very cute!

Pam, that little beaded whisk looks cute in your garden. Very clever idea. Your hydrangeas are blooming nicely. I just planted some mini roses, and I saw one pink bloom open up. You always take the prettiest flower photos, Pam. Oh, that tiny frog - I sometimes hear the sound of a frog at night, but have yet to see it in the yard. Love your pink coffee cup. : )

That is exactly why I have a hard time throwing away any craft supplies. I'm sure I'll need them right after I do. I love the beaded garden art.
My hydrangea isn't looking too good this year, I think the frost got it. I never know what color blooms I'll get on mine. They seem to change from year to year and some years I have multiple colors on the same bush.

You can't tell us you gave away your craft supplies only to need them later. This is why people don't get rid of their craft supplies. We're only convinced to give them away when we're assured we will never use them again...
Such pretty flowers and I like your garden bling!
