Hot Air Balloon Glow

I have always loved hot air
balloons.
The Wizard of Oz
and 
Clowns!

I think it is the fantasy,
the thrill,
the color....

Last weekend I went to 
Percy Warner Park 
for the 
Balloon Glow.

I used to always attend
the KOOL
Balloon Races that
Nashville used to 
hold but its been 
many, many years.
That used to be an all day
thing but the glow last
week was
the end of a festival.















When I was a teen and I went to the KOOL 
races I helped with spreading the 
balloon out and filling it
with cool air, then helping
to set it up with the warm air.
To help to fold it up
and store it back in the 
basket.

When I was twenty I went up in one.
Best time...

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Swollen Hand and Leipers Fork

Wasp sting update~ I made an apt to go  to Fast Pace on Sunday, then canceled.  I wanted to give it one  more day. I did ice  off and on all day and  did Benadryl cream, Sunday night, swelling  is going down. This was Sunday  morning. This in is this  morning. Never been so happy to  see my ugly veins before! YAY L eipers Fork, TN. Cool little place about 30 mins from the house. I have been here, years ago but the other day, I wanted to get out, so I picked  Leiper's Fork.  Of course, since I love old  cars I had to stop and take pics of this one. Then off I went,  camera around my neck and ready for pics. This is one of the local  gallery.  Isn't that yellow door cute? Cool door with all the  details on it.
