Once a Bulldog and The Arrangement

Went to Zaxby's the other day.
Not been since it was built.
I went in to sat down and looked
up to see this on the wall.
 
DuPont High School
Bulldogs
1928-1986
 
1928- the year the 1st Senior Class
was added to DuPont High
and
1986- the last senior class to
graduate from
DuPont Sr. High
 
 
I am from the class of 1978!
Proud of it.
 
Now onto last nights project.
Picked this up several years ago
from Goodwill.

Mom had this and gave it to me to
use.

 
Got these at Old Time Pottery a
month ago.

I'm looking for alumni of Dupont Elementary School in Old Hickory (Nashville) who might have been in school between 1967-1969 or had my mom, Mary Dickens, as their elementary school teacher. I have old 8mm film digitized from her class that year that is so precious of them playing outside the school and the portable building she taught in. Can you or someone you know help me identify the kids in this film?

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. Hot Water Heater Mishaps

 As I stated the hot water heater sprung a leak, from the bottom.  My younger brother came to help  with the issue. Problem, the  value at the bottom where you screw in  the hose to drain the tank, was  all clogged up.  It sets so close to the bottom  that it is hard to slip a  bucket under to catch water if we were to get the clog undone. There was no moving it till water was drained off the tank. We opened the top value, and leaned it over to drain into buckets. I have a great big  plastic tub, like this one. We filled it by leaning the  hot water heater over. Finally got enough off to be able to slid onto the two wheeler  and move out of the garage. Once we had it there,  we lowered it to the ground and let it finish with the drain. Mark went to Lowes and got another one, installed it and  had me up and running. The damage had been done though.
