Day 3, April 1, 2011 - Front Porch Visitor

I have a visitor, and she seems content to make her nest
at the top of a column under the roof of my front porch.
Not really a wise spot since my porch is not very big and
she is right there next to the front door.
But at this point she seems okay with it since I
was inside and shooting through the glass storm door.
I hope that the activity of me coming
and going does not scare her off.
I am thinking maybe it is some type of wren?

Aw, that's a sweet birdie! We had one nest on top of our front porch, too. She's gone now, but she was nice company for my little girls. Following you back! :)

 Seasonal changes are coming,  moving in slowly as always,  but coming.  Leaves are falling, not since fall is close but cause we  are so freak'n dry. Got a little rain shower on Wed. but, it did not even register in my rain gauge.    Spider webs are thick, grass is  crunchy, flowers are giving up  the fight, and Lily is doing her seasonal behavior as fall moves in. Kyler, Boys, Boys and More Boys, Hearts, Results and Two Births in Two Days

 Welcome to the world Kyler (K for the sound of  Caleb, and yler for Tyler which is Caleb's middle name, dad). And number five of my great grandkids, 2nd one in the  bloodline. Kyler came into the world, on his big brother, Alistur's bday,  yesterday, almost at the same time as he did. NOW~ NO MORE BOYS PLEASE. Grandkids~ three blood born from my daughter that turned around and married a man with  FOUR (4) boys. Giving me 7 grandSONS. My blood grandson brought another boy to the mix with Alistur when he met Triniti. Now he gives me this  little boy. Brayden, son of my son in law, has given me Beckham who will be a yr old in Dec..... AND expecting a boy in Jan. Let's count again, 7 grandsons, 3 great grandsons with one on the way... The Rest of Today

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. I picked up some healing stones there.  Entering the store I read this sign... haha Then while in there I saw this sign. From there I headed to see  Kelley, my hair stylist. This is what I was shooting for. Course, it will look different on  me due to hair color and  texture of hair.  I am good with it.
