Caleb had strep throat and Dakota was needing attention.

The Rest of Today

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. I picked up some healing stones there.  Entering the store I read this sign... haha Then while in there I saw this sign. From there I headed to see  Kelley, my hair stylist. The Houdini Dog

My brother and sister in law were adopted as parents by this reverse brindle boxer several years ago. I think the way it went was Lori took him in as a foster dog. My brother became attached to Rosco and Rosco in turn became attached to them. We always joked that Rosco picked his home! Rosco had a great personality. But little did Ray and Lori know, boxers have issues about being left alone. One day after being gone Ray came back to the house to find the sunroom torn to pieces. In this room the windows open by being pushed out, leaving the screens inside. They were torn out where Rosco tried to get out. Also did some scratch damage to an antique buffet table. Next time they left the house, Rosco was locked in a bathroom. This bathroom use to be a changing room for what use to be a local pool. Christmas Gifts

Years ago as a family my brothers, sis in laws and I decided to not do gifts with each other and just focus on our kids and grandkids and mom. This year I sort of broke that rule... My brothers are always doing for me and always concerned about my health and taking care of me. I wanted to do something really neat for them. I saw this on PINTEREST a while back and thought how cool they were. They had Mark and Ray's name on them as far as I was concerned. I think they both liked them. My sis in law Kim got the cat painting. With the center of the cat missing according to Mark! And Lori being a quilter I thought this would be perfect for her. Enjoy making and giving.
