The Rest of Today

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. I picked up some healing stones there.  Entering the store I read this sign... haha Then while in there I saw this sign. From there I headed to see  Kelley, my hair stylist. Christmas Gifts

Years ago as a family my brothers, sis in laws and I decided to not do gifts with each other and just focus on our kids and grandkids and mom. This year I sort of broke that rule... My brothers are always doing for me and always concerned about my health and taking care of me. I wanted to do something really neat for them. I saw this on PINTEREST a while back and thought how cool they were. They had Mark and Ray's name on them as far as I was concerned. I think they both liked them. My sis in law Kim got the cat painting. With the center of the cat missing according to Mark! And Lori being a quilter I thought this would be perfect for her. Enjoy making and giving. Big Man Syndrome

Dakota AKA THE KING thinks he is the BIG MAN on the block.... Only this little kitty shows him different. Cat sitting at the end of the drive so Dakota thinks he will walk up and scare it off....the way that works is~ he will not chase until it moves to go away...then he acts big and acts like he chased it off.... But the cat just sits and watches him. So he moves in closer... And finally just gives up cause he knows the cat is making a fool of him. After...and I mean only after Dakota walked away did the cat decide to leave... So then the KING decides to make like he is the big one chasing him off... But don't be fooled, the cat was in no hurry when he left. If you look closely you can see the bottom half of him under the green trees. And the KING is still acting like he did something!
