On Thursday I headed in to Dickson, Rand time. I dropped off all the 2.5x3.5 cards for the vending machine. Had a muffin and hot tea. Blueberry cream cheese muffin that was YUM and some ginger turmeric tea.   Just before leaving I put my 75 cents in the vintage vending machine for my first card.  One of my errands included a stop at, in Felicity’s words, Hobby Hobby! I needed craft paint and Walmart does not carry what the Hobby does, then again, the Hobby don’t carry what the Hobby did where I used to live. Still adjusting to the lack of convenience. But with that said, I found clearing things! I saw this and felt it would be adorable on the shelves I have cut out and need to sand before putting up. Issue there is while doing errands, I failed to pick up sandpaper! Original price, 6.99. Price I got it for was 3.49. Hi all... I am so sorry, I have been such a bad, ban blogger as of late. Please, over look my tardiness. On Monday, I had a camera ran down my throat and into my gut and then, hoping it was a different camera, who knows, I had one ran the other direction. It was colon check time. Just so happens, it had been three yrs and it was time again, and at the same point my new doc wanted it done to see if I was leaking blood due to the iron issue I had. So, I sort of killed to birds with one (hopfully, two) cameras. Hey, if you can't joke about this crap (lol) what can you joke about.  I react fine with being put down...I mean to sleep, except for the fact, it takes a bit longer to work out of my system than it does most folks. I take longer with that then I do recovery from surgery. Anyway, I had that done at 7:30am Monday, came home, laid down to sleep the crap off, forgot my stay awake pill and ended up sleeping 24 hours. Hi....found this in my hopper to be posted but I never posted. So, here it is and I hope I am not repeating myself. Mentioned that I find peace when I am painting. So it should not sure you that I have paintings to share.  First.. Then I did this one. I love throwing my head back and looking at the tops of trees. Being in the center of the forest and looking up is great. Not finished painting door stoppers either.  But on Saturday I decided to do some serious painting. Detailed and time consuming. Oh my, I love this one! My friend Pam, who I used to kitty cat sat for went to Kroger the other day and saw Patrick Duffy aka Bobby Ewing! Wow, Two days in a row! I played around some more with my Oz painting. Notice the purple horse rear? That would be a horse of a different color you have heard talked about! Also, right below the horse is Toto! Darla, this is for you, your wait is over. But look close and you might notice red glitter on the heart clock.  Poppies also have glitter on them. Hard to tell but the star on the wand is glittered, silver glitter.  Might be hard to see in the pics but take a look at Dorothy’s shoes! Plus, I added a vroom for the witch.  I decided to stop before I screw it up. After cleaning and painting some, back was a little angry with me so I decided a hot bath was needed. Hey, hey, Hello! It’s me again. No, for some that were wondering I am not giving up blogging, I just have my mind set in so much other stuff.  Taking a break on from cleaning while I have my turmeric and peach hot tea.  Yep, feeling better, at least enough to get some order to the house since it’s been going to pot since June. Lots to get done since it’s been so long. You know I have to wonder about things, people mostly. I got the name of a good handyman from a friend that had used them often. They apparently don’t answer numbers they don’t know, but I have text them twice explaining how I got their name, who I am and what I need. Yet to hear back. Now to locate someone else. Trying to get electric wired to both sheds and wiring in one. The newer one has wiring already. Plus, I was in contact with the guy who did my dirt, yard and etc last yr. First on last week, and since I have had issues with him being here when he says he will, I am also living on to someone else. I need ...
