Yellow Submarine, Blooms, Flag Pole Design, Rocks, Perfect Heart and M&Ms

I saw this on FB and had to
laugh, you know kids today would
not get it.

I planted two colors of
Morning Glories.
Purple.

Pink.

Check out this tiny little
insect. It is Thistle Tortoise Beetle.
I took this shot but when
I blew it up while editing it I
was sort of like...
YUCK!
Nasty looking creature.

Back to the flowers again.

My zinnias are about to play
out.

This is a dried up Woodland
Sunflower.

And this is what an actual
Woodland Sunflower looks like.

I have a few Black Tupelo tree.
I have noticed this year, that
it seems to be about the one
tree that turns fallish
first. Not sure if it is lack
of rain or the fall like
temps coming on.

And new to me, I never realized
that those trees have such
beautiful color when they
turn.

Naturals painting of my favorite
fall colors.

Found this blooming right inside
the tree line. This is a
Indian Tabacco plant. Nope, you
can't smoke this like regular
tobacco.

This is a
Pink Fuzzybean plant.
Also grows wild in my yard.

Next, we have also growing wild
in the yard, Asiatic Dayflower. And yes,
I go out, it will be in bloom but
close to sunset, the bloom is
all closed up.

I saw this on FB...
I love that design. Thinking
that maybe one of these round
sections would look great
with my flag pole in the center.

I have been doing a lot of
rocks lately and at first I
could not figure out why, then
today, I think it hit me. My house
is a mess, I don't have the ump
to get up and do anything but
sit and watch tv and paint..
DEPRESSION.
Yep, I know the signs.
I know nothing is making
me happy right now
or making me even smile.
I was doing fine when I was
outside but when it got
hot, I just stopped doing things.
I have got to figure out
something to do.

But with that said, I am
turning out the rocks.
I did these Sat. night.

If you have been wondering,
I still see hearts all over the
place. This one I had to
take a pic of, YellowIt's so pretty and
perfect. Love also the way the
vine wraps around the other part.
Like the colorful leaves above,
nature is amazing.

Last but not least, I have put
my M&Ms outside on the front
porch, outside the rail.
Smiling and waving as
folks go by.

Smile through your day/
Pam

The heat shouldn't be around for you too much longer, right? Sorry your depression has hit. Glad to hear painting rocks helps. Maybe you should start on your Christmas card for this year?

Don't know what that bug is but it's a bit creepy looking. I'll be humming yellow submarine all night now.
