Burying Bodies, Mailbox, Morning Glories, Soccer, and Flowers

Good to know!
Another way, feed bones and
all to the pigs, they will take
care of it all.
haha

I have kept a folder on FB
of cool and unusual mailboxes
but I don't see many any more,
until today.
Cool.

I looked out the other morning to
see that my Morning
Glories had gotten so heavy
that it took the trellis with it
when it went down.
I got out there on Wed.
and tied them all up till
they stop blooming.

I have to be a
big shout out to
Evie! This girl is six years
old, 1st grade and reading,
but that is not all,
she is playing
soccer. Thursday night was
here first practice.
I saw a video that her mom
did and she was doing great kicking
that ball.
This is so amazing in itself cause
six years ago when this girl was
born, she had a stroke. With all
she went through, the family was told
that Evie would probably never
walk or talk.
And now, she is out there
running, kicking balls and
playing soccer.

Nana Pam is so proud of
you!

I was told she had a pink
soccer ball and a pink
soccer bag, so you know
Nana Pam had to make
her something for her room.

Now I am here to tell you,
I normally draw my project out
so that I can erase things if I
have it wrong. That ball don't look
to bad, but I am here to tell you,
it was erased a lot! There are two
different shapes in a soccer ball,
and getting them all to match up and
work. It's always the most simple
looking things that become a problem
in drawing! But that is the battle,
drawing and getting it right,
if you don't have that right,
then painting will not make
that much difference.

Anyway, got it finished in one
setting, put the bow on
it Thursday night. Hope to
give it to her this weekend.

I had a batch of Woodland Sunflowers
blooming at the end of the yard,
I picked them this morning
along with a few zinnias I
had left, and sent them
to work with Amber.
Thought she would enjoy
them today.
My flowers have
about given up
for the summer. Matter
of fact I lost
a couple and I have
already moved those planters
to the porch for the
winter.

Are you still getting
blooms?
Pam
