Thanks, Loveless, Wreath, Rocks, Brick Books, M&Ms, Nursery and Painting

Awe, you folks are
so sweet with your comments
about being worried about me
since I was not blogging.
All is well other than the heat
messing with me. But that
just means I stay in...usually
sitting on my rear!
Thanks for your concern.

 Have you ever been
to Nashville?
If so, have you ever tried
out The Loveless Cafe?
I have lived in the Nashville
area since I was about 5 yrs old,
and I had never been to
the Loveless.
But one day, Amber and
I was out and I treated
her to lunch there.
They are famous for
their biscuits.

YUM.
YUM.
YUM.
I had bacon, eggs and
French Toast.

And as good as it all
was, I was so sick by
the time I got home.
I know better, I can't eat
syrup since my bypass surgery.
But, I enjoyed it while
I was eating it.

As we were leaving I had
to have my pic made by
the door.

This is what the sign on the
door says.

I have been a little busy,
here and there.

I made Amber a clothes pin
wreath like mine, only
hers has a dragonfly where
mine has a frog.

Also, painted some rocks.

I also painted these for my
friend Mike.

sorry for this blur, I was not
drinking...I moved the camera to fast.

 If you remember,
Mike is the guy who adopted
Yoda and in a few months lost
Yoda in surgery.
He has an area in his backyard
for bold and bright painted rocks.
I decided to do him some
to add to his collection.
There is one for Yoda,
one for Yoda's best friend,
Bucky (dog) and Leia, his new
cat. I have painted, sealed
and I just need to make a trip
back to the other side of town.

But this week, I did more
painting.
Lowes and Home Depot have
these bricks in the garden section,
68 cents. After I saw this done
of Pinterest last yr. I knew I
would work on it and get some
done.
So, I did, and I hope to have
more done.

I found this tray holder at
GW for 3.99 and the thought
hit me as to what I would use it for.
A bookrack for the garden
books.

I prob will not put them
out till next yr. since this summer
is about gone.

I also got to section of
garden borders and this is
what I painted on the first one.
The second one had to have the
other three M&M's on it.

I so love this idea.

My niece had her first baby
a couple months ago and although I
sent gifts, I wanted to do something
special.
SIL sent me pics of the nursery.
I went straight to and horned
in on the wallpaper.
And the green color.

Then the Mini Highland
cow.

This is what I came up
with.

Again, I have to make my
way to the other side of
town to deliver this.
I see a trip in my near
future.

What project do you like
the best?
Later,
Pam

You've been busy. All your projects are great. I love the idea with the bricks becoming books and my favorite there is Charlottes Web. That nursery looks really nice and your painting will fit in perfectly

Hubby would love those biscuits. Add some gravy and he's in heaven.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties. ♥

The garden bricks are fabulous!!! I love the books - so perfect. And the M & M border is delightful! My grandkids would go crazy.
What a lovely nursery.
