Natures Lace, Blow Hard, Rock, Moss, Milkweed, Weeds, Moth, Fireworks and Watching

Queen Anne's Lace
so delicate, and frilly.

And how about this,
the detail,
so pretty.

What is this?
A sponge fossil, maybe
coral from a living being in
the ocean that once covered
all of TN.

Just a few shots around
the yard.

See, I told you that TN
color of milkweed that Monrach
butterflies lay eggs on is
orange.

Weeds sometimes make cool
pics.

Moth hiding and looking at
me from the safety of a blade of grass.

Thursday nights pics from
the firework show Thursday
evening.

More and more
but one firework and they
all begin to look the same...
But, my
favorite was this below.

My thought for the day~
always be on your best behavior,
you never know who is
watching you!

Rock I found in the yard.

Smile and Happiest
Sunday,
Pam

I used to cut Queen Anne's Lace with my children and put it in water with food coloring. It would color the flowers! I haven't seen any in a few years. I will have to look into this.

Your advice is especially wise in this era of high tech surveillance from even our personal electronics. ~shudder~ Thank you for sharing these cool pictures. And I will have to try Miss Merry's suggestion as I tend to see quite a few of these beauties, though I'll need to get food coloring. lol Best wishes, my dear.
WOW, so many wonderful photos!

Too early for Queen Anne’s Lace here. Love that weed.

I've always loved close ups of dandelions. Enjoyed your pictures of the fireworks. I didn't bother trying to get any. I just sat and enjoyed.
A post full of lovely photographs.
The Queen Anne's Lace is especially lovely.

All the best Jan

Great firework photos. I had such issues getting good pics of fireworks. Mostly fails.
