Morning Coffee and Blogging, Door and Weather

 Not on top of blogging
this morning, but I
have done a few
other things.

However, first was coffee
in bed, and trying to blog,
only this is what was taking
place. Slightly over 11 lb
fur babe on my chest
while I roll my eyes!

Lily however, was
enjoying her space
on the end of the bed.

I stepped out on the porch
to clean it off and I got
side tracked with my
other old door.

Dirty, dirty
and more dirt.

Course the thought of
taking a pic only
after I stared cleaning it.

I sprayed cleaner on it,
and watched the dirt roll
off. Then I took a rag in
a bucket of water, to
wipe it down.

But look how clean
it got. I only did one
side, maybe tomorrow
I can hit the other side.

I did not even attempt
to clean the porch afterwards,

Dirty water so before
doing the other side,
I would have to start fresh!
Door is in really good shape.
However, I will seal it just
like I did the other one,
then I will take some
2x2's for the legs, attach
it to my bed frame and its
done. This one has a brass
knob and most folks remove
them for headboards but I
like it and the hinges left
on. Only I do have some
old glass knobs and I think
I might trade these out.

 Here we go again.

We fall between
Dickson and Columbia,
right there where the line is
between the pink and
orange. Basically, I am
right on that line!
I heard on the news that
the storms the other
night was just a
taste of what was to
come with this one.
YIKES!
Tornado hit 20 mins away
last Sunday. Problem,
they are coming again
at night.

Saw this on FB.

Tornados are wicked.

Stay safe if you are in
the same path of what
is coming tonight,
Pam

I saw your babies on Facebook this morning. I laughed out loud.

Love how you cleaned up that door. Beautiful. The weather can make things very dirty.

Yikes on that awful weather.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the precious kitties. ♥
I sure hope the nasty storms stay away from your neck of the woods!

Wow, that door was dirty. It cleaned up nicely though.
Stay safe through those storms.

That's a pretty creepy looking weather map. We've been spending time in the basement too -- and one hit about 15 miles from us. Tis the season.
