Spoons, Horseshoes, Tools, Winter Weather, and Rare Sunset

Consider me odd, but
I love this!
So neat.

After I saw this on FB,
I went looking on Pinterest
for more unusual wreathes.

I also love this one, made
from a bike wheel,
just thinking it would
be really heavy to hang though.

I also like this one. Had thought
about making one like this
a few years ago, but you
know the health issues
I have had for the last
couple of years, so it
did not get done.

It is made from bedsprings,
and yes, I have bedsprings.
Here is another one made
with bedsprings but I don't
like this one.

Cute idea on this next one,
but I think it's too overdone.
Too many little muffin pans.

I love the rustic look
but I am not sold on this
one below.

Horse shoes, Cool idea.
Welding for sure would be
needed for making this.
I love to weld.

The one above is neat.
This one below is different
but also made of horseshoes,
it also is neat.

Need a wreath for the old
man? Pull together tools
and apply them to a metal
wreath frame.
Yep, not for me.

I have made one like
this before, somewhat like
it anyway, but using a
oval frame. I like this.

Maybe the one below for
a day care?

Yep, don't like.

Cans, not feeling this
one either.

Maybe if the cans were
painted on, with flowers
or something. Or decoupaged
something on them.

Barbwire.
Yep, I like!

I had one like this on
my shed years ago but it
was just the wire alone.

Are you a rustic decor person?
If not what sort of
decor do you go for.

These next two items
I pulled from the
internet.

It's the first weekend
of 2025 and a complex
forecast is upon us!
Today will be dry
and cold. Sunday is
when things turn
tricky as we could see
a wintry mix
and even a few
thunderstorms Sunday.
But check this out.
A rare sunset.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) -

A rare

 sunset was spotted in parts

of Middle

 Tennessee on Thursday.

Viewers in Lebanon,

Coopertown and

 Pleasant View shared

photos of what

 looks like a vertical

light in the sky at sunset.

According to WSMV4

Meteorologist Melanie

 Layden, the vertical light

or “beam” in the sky is a sun pillar.

A sun pillar, according to

Layden, is a vertical

 shaft of light that is

reflected off of ice crystals

 in the atmosphere.

"They’re not super common

 in Tennessee, but

usually spotted at sunrise or

 sunset,” Layden said.

Hoping you are having

Some of those wreaths I like and some not so much. I did try making one once with the canning jar lids but it really didn't come out right. As for decor. I do like rustic but I'm a bit eclectic in my likes.

I have never seen one of those pillars. Beautiful! Love the wreaths. It is hard to hose a favourite. There are some unusual ones there for sure.

I've never cared much for wreaths. Some of those are cool, but none would attract my attention.
