New House, Temps, Clouds and Sun, B&W Gate

 Brothers new house.
Now I had to laugh as
I was counting backwards to
how many homes Ray has owned,
or better yet how many times
he has moved.

Last time they moved from
11,000 sq foot home to a 6000.
Now from 6000 to a little over 3000.
Talk about downsizing.
We started the packing and
the moving of those
boxes and bins to the new house
then unpacking.
Reusing boxes and bins
again and again, great way to
move. They actually have three
months in which to move.
Like my mom, Ray is a
collector of all things he likes.
Hell, so are Mark and I.
HAHA
So, there is a lot to go through.
Not only do we have boxes
to go to the house, we have
boxes and bins to go to NC to the
cabin and then stacks of items
for a big sale in the large on the
property. When I say garage, its
a big garage that Ray had built
when my nephew was racing.
The more stuff that gets
pulled together for a sale is
best, then
they are hiring someone to
come in and do that for them.

My brother has offered
things to me every time
I turn around! LOL
They are holding a chair,
an antique dresser and my
mom's oak curio cabinet for
me. I need a cabinet behind
glass for my Oz stuff and this
will be perfect. But as I stressed
before, I don't care for light oak.
I am going to take out the glass
shelves and put in wood, then
I am going to paint it.
As for the chair, I was looking
for one for the living room. It is
not a large comfy chair but it
is pretty. If I don't use in there,
I will put in my room.
And the dresser, its white
and adorable. Lori bought it
years ago, then offered it to me,
but I had no room for it. She kept
it and used it in this home. I am
excited to get it cause the guest room
only has a bed, and a cedar
 chifforobe in there.

With that, I don't need a lot
of stuff so I am trying to not
take things. However, Ray has
a bunch of stackable blocks that
I am getting for the yard. YAY!

So pretty.
I am so happy for them.
Today, they were to have the
dude come out about building a
large garage but due to the 11 degree
temps, they
canceled. Parties and get
togethers will be held out there, and
not in the house.
NICE.

I took this pic on
the way home yesterday.
It was a cold 27 degrees but
the sun was out!
This was one of my
favorite shots from Rays house
but turning it B&W, I
love.
OH MY GOSH...
I had to laugh when I
saw this!
Now, go pull out your
crocks and crochet on!
Pam
