Frost Flowers, Elliston Place, Anti Depressant, and Lily

 Have you ever seen these?
They are Frost Flowers.
I had never seen or heard
of them till
a yr or so ago when I
friend posted
about them.
For the past week,
I have seen them all
over FB.

I actually saw some Monday
on my way to the next city.
But I did not know at
that time what they were,
then like I said, saw
post all over FB and I
realized that I had seen some.

Friday morning on the way to
the hospital to meet
Beckham, I saw some
not far from the house.
I was able to pull
off the road and photography
these.
Nature is amazing!
Between
wind, moisture in the air, science
and Mother Nature sure
can produce some cool
stuff.

This also plays a
part in making Frost
Flowers.
The temperature.

Felt like 13.

After leaving the hospital I
stopped here to eat.
If you are ever in Nashville
you really need to make
it a point to stop in for
a meal.

Really neat place. Food is
good. I have eaten here
before and enjoyed it,
and since I was hungry,
it was perfect.

YES...
I agree.

Friday morning,
I got some great
powerful anti-depressant.

And loving this silly
girl is also the best medicine
for me.

On Thursday morning,
Lily woke me meowing
at me while she stood on
the BR counter, wanting a
rub down.

Nope, that did not happen.
But a tad later, after making
the third pass over the upper
half of my body, I busted
out laughing and got up.

Do your animals ever wake you
in an odd way?

Those frost flowers are so interesting. I've never seen anything like them.
Cats are a good anti depressant. I remember when I had cats years ago how they would wake up because they wanted fed. One in particular wasn't always so nice about it.

That's a fascinating phenomenon I've never seen before. They are surreal! Be well, my dear.
I don't think I've seen a frost flower ... I looked up on wikipedia about them
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frost_flower

All the best Jan

Frost flowers are a thing? That was the name of a knitting pattern (the one that I used for my seven and a half year cardi), but I didn't realize it was based on an actual thing.
