Tree Topper, Wreathes, Gray Ball of Fur Love, Baby Shower and Sunset

Since 1992 I have had a beautiful
angel on the top of my tree.
Got her when I sold Christmas
Around the World. 
But, this year she is not 
lighting up. I was going to change
the bulbs but those are all different
these days and they will not set in 
the sockets correctly.
So, after all that time,
she is staying in the box and 
I bought a star on Friday.

Other than a couple of things
I am making, I am done with 
the Christmas decor.
Cabins are done. 
They are simple, yet it 
adds something. 


Once upon a time I had spoon rest,
cookie jar and other Christmas decor
fot the kitchen but over the 
years I gave most of that stuff
to Amber....
So this is the first in years that 
I have worked on the kitchen.

Friday night lovin' for mom.


Saturday afternoon I went to
baby Beckhams baby shower.
My painting was a big hit.

The Rest of Today

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. Hot Water Heater Mishaps

 As I stated the hot water heater sprung a leak, from the bottom.  My younger brother came to help  with the issue. Problem, the  value at the bottom where you screw in  the hose to drain the tank, was  all clogged up.  It sets so close to the bottom  that it is hard to slip a  bucket under to catch water if we were to get the clog undone. There was no moving it till water was drained off the tank. We opened the top value, and leaned it over to drain into buckets. I have a great big  plastic tub, like this one. We filled it by leaning the  hot water heater over. Finally got enough off to be able to slid onto the two wheeler  and move out of the garage. Once we had it there,  we lowered it to the ground and let it finish with the drain. Mark went to Lowes and got another one, installed it and  had me up and running. The damage had been done though.
