Wedding Number 2 for the Holiday Weekend

 


Wedding number 2 for 
the holiday weekend. 

On Friday the wedding was wet, 
but warm. Saturdays wedding however
was COLD.
I pulled out a weather dress. 
BURRRR...

Now, back to Friday. 
It was raining so hard that 
morning I was sweating it...
but my buckets were 
running over.


It would rain for 15 to 20 mins. and 
stop. About five mins later
here it would come again.
That was the way the morning
went. I left the house
at noon to head to the venue and
it was not raining, BAM, on 
the way there, it started again.

The bride and groom had 
luck on their side cause it 
stopped for the wedding
and pics.

YAY...
Saturday, there was nothing
we could do with the cold. But
it all went great like normal.
I did some behind the scenes
shots.

Upon reading Brian's remark I wonder if the bride is instead very tiny. Her son looks young while meeting her eye to eye. lol Thanks for sharing, my dear.

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. Done Deal, Fall Color, Paint Class, New Man, Treat, and Soup, Cats and Broom

Well, what was I thinking? HAHA After laying on my couch in so much pain all summer, I knew moving closer to  Amber was the thing to do, The timing of finding my dream home was off. However, Two days of Open House and I have a contract. Selling as is, minor repairs.  Inspection to be done after  the work in the  den and BR is done. The process of getting here while just a couple of weeks of healing was a challenge. My daughter was a big  help weekend before  last. I just collect to many projects that I  never get around to and that has to stop. I have to say, last time  was easier, I had moved into my childhood home before I sold the other, so it was empty when sold. EASIER. I hate moving so close to Christmas but it is  what it is. Fall seems to have made it to us the past week. I am surprised, we were losing so many leaves due to no rain,  glad to have some color.
