The black cat looks a bit bothered. Did he miss his ride with the witch on her broomstick? Maybe, that's why the jack-a-lantern is laughing wickedly. I like all of your ghoulish artwork, especially those boards - nice job! Have a spooktacular day. I hope you get lots of treats and no tricks. ;)

Love your creature faces especially the ghost and Frankenstein ... clever, clever, Pam. I hope you put all of your paintings out so the trick or treaters can see them. We had snow on Halloween here, if you can imagine ... the end result being, I have a ton of candy left over. Not a good thing :( Fun Post, Pam ...

After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Forgotten, Old, Square, Coffee and Parada

The other day I mentioned that I  left the house early and  stayed gone for hours, with my  camera. Going to try and work on  my "Forgotten in Hickman Co." album on FB. It is sort of overwhelming that there is so much abandoned  property in this county.  The pic above is on  the main strip and I think it maybe was once a store, or  a place to eat. While I was riding around the county seat of my county, I saw this amazing home. And this one. Centerville has some really old homes. The town was  established in 1823. and in 2020 the population     was 3,489. There is no growth in  this county, the county seat wants to keep it that way.  The town square has more vacant buildings then ones that have something in them. Last time I was there, there was a bakery, that did not make it along with one restaurant that I had eaten at before. This could be one adorable square if Hickman Co. would allow growth. Catchy sign... haha....don't even ask me who the mayor is now either.. not a clue.  WOW.....August sure did move through really fast! Here it is Sept. and the  fall season is knocking on the door, then Halloween and  the holidays will be here. Always heard this stuff flies by the older you get, so  true. CRAP....I  saw this the day after  I painted my Christmas card. I have been thinking of redoing the one I just painted, I  like the idea, but the pulling it off just is not doing anything for me. I will prob trash this  one and redo it by changing a few things.  My thought process is still the same, I just have to study my thoughts and  figure out how to do it.  Wed. evening, I had to drop Braden out at the farm of a teacher from his school. Braden has been going through a rough time with  behavior and the teach and her family mentor young boys. Wed. night  was his first time to go and  since he has to be there before...
