Dec 22, 2018 - Family Get Together

Hello!
Guess what, I did not fall off the face
of the earth and Santa did not take me back to the
North Pole with him!

Just was tied up with holiday doings that
I did not get to blogging.

On Dec. 22, 2018 we did the family
get together at my oldest brothers home.
He has the most room and it is so nice of
him and Lori to host us every yr at there
place.
We had 23 there.

The biggest hit was my great nephew
Colton.
This is a pic of me and both my
sweet great nephews. Cole who is 8 and
Colton who is now 2 months old.

Auntie Pam was enjoying her time with
Colton!

This is my daughter Amber and her first
time to see the baby.

Also Aunt Kim's first time to see him also.
Kim is my brother Mark's wife.

I love Christmas decor so I went around
with the camera taking some pics.

haha...had to take this pic. I made this for
Lori many, many, many years ago.

All noses light up red but...apparently when
I took the pic, they clicked off. They do that
off and on.

Love the fireplace.

At home that evening, Santa socks on,
pj's on, feet propped up and watching
the Christmas tree lights and tv, while
Lily watches me!

Having a heat wave in
Nashville today. It is still
57 degrees at 8pm.
Rain and wind.
haha...just checked
San Diego Ca. temp
(son lives there)
it is also 57 right now!
Odd.
But I guess I really should not
complain, keeps pain down and
it could be worse, it is
right now - (yes, minus)
10 in the North Pole!

Hoping you all had an amazng
Christmas.

I did not notice you were gone, mostly because this is my first day reading blogs in about a week. Glad you had a great Christmas.

Looks like you had a good time. I am so envious of people with family, I feel quite sad that I am the end of the line and both my parents were also only children. Take care, best wishes Diane

I linked this post to Feline Friday because of Miss Lily. What a grea shot.

Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥
It sure looks like everyone enjoyed the Christmas celebration!

Lovely decorations! What a nice family. That's a lot of people! I thought our nineties era gatherings had been large. What a silly Lily. It's warm here, too, but damp to the point I changed my mind about a walk by the river. Heh... Be well!

I did the same, Pam. I've been off the grid and glad to be. Spending the time with family, friends and celebrations (and a sinus infection!). Loved all your photos of the happy times (especially Lily!). Wishing you a lovely rest-of-the-season and a Happy new Year!

Great picture of you with your great nephews. So many nice and fun decorations. I like the lighted picture in the window frame. That is a good idea and one I've not seen.
Happy New Year

Pam, your brother's home is charming, and I love that fireplace. It's has a cozy feel to it. How fun that you got to spend time with the little ones at Christmas. I got to see Francesca as well, and it was wonderful. Their Christmas tree is pretty, and the white Nativity set is very nice. I also love the white frame of the house - that looks like a Thomas Kinkade painting maybe? It's getting colder here in Nor Cal. I love to visit San Diego when I'm down that way. It's always lively and the downtown area is charming.

Happy New Year, Pam. Wishing you a pain-free year with lots of good times. : )
