Baby, It's Cold Outside

Sorry folks....been hanging around and  just chilling the last few days. Fatigue got hold of me yesterday and I  laid around I thought of so much I need to do.  Christmas is around the corner and I  do have a couple of things that I need to get done but what I have to  do really depends on warmer  weather. And we are looking at 50 tomorrow...YAY.
 I love this pic. You know all the years of painting I have never done anything this bright, but I really like it and thinking that maybe I need to try my hand at it.

Would make an amazing Christmas card for  next yr....haha, but as of right now I  have thoughts on what I will do next yr. Yep, I am prepared that head of advance until I change my mind!!!
Talk about another beautiful bright painting. Colors really pop.

Birthday Bash at Bright Place

Saturday night is the first  Sat. night in a long time that I have been out. And I had a great time.
Meet Julie.
There is a funny story to me about Julie and I ~ I met her and hubby James about 5 yrs ago when I was dating Chris.
When I met both Julie and James nothing jumped out at me. But about 1.5 yrs ago  Julie posted her senior pic of FB. It hit me...I knew her, you know like before I met her at Chris'.
I sent a message asking if she went to DuPont? Nope she was a McGavock student so that was not where I knew her from. But the fact she lived in Donelson was somewhat of a clue. Where had I been hanging out that I could have met her and her being a few yrs younger than me.
KMART!
We worked there together, she supervised check outs and I worked the service desk.  We had good times together, talking and laughing but when I left there I never saw her again.... or thought I didn't! I was about 22 at the time making her around 18.

The Bright Place

Yesterday I posted on  James' bday bash and the fun. I hinted about James and Julies  amazing homestead and how as a photographer I was jealous...this  place is a photographers dream!
About 4 years ago James and Julie started Tennessee Tiny Weddings. These tiny weddings usually range from 2 (the couple) to maybe 25 or 30. James and Julie have made the most  adorable place to these tiny  weddings. Both can also perform these weddings.
My eyes went straight to this site. ADORABLE!
