After my trip to town today,  visit with the doc, stopping  and picking up breakfast I  headed home.  I had dropped Dakota off at mom's for the day. He was going  to spend the day  playing with Klohe and Cheyenne. While he was hanging at mom's Lily and I chilled all day.  So much to do but I can't seem to get it in gear. Later....I had an apt for a hair cut. But I left out early to stop  at the  Mystic Heart. Dakota - From Room to Room

Even to this day I leave the  room Dakota  is going to follow me. I often wonder why but I think he is afraid I will sneak out of the house without him. He can be laying on the other end of the couch sleeping and the ears never go down. I will sneak up slowly not making a sound... But wide awake he is.... and down he goes to follow! The one that always used to bother me was when I went to the bathroom. And why stand right in front of me while I sat there? I looked it up once and I read that they do that cause they know that most times you are not doing anything with your hands while you sit there.... and they know you will  reach over and pet them!! The times that he followed me to the shower when he was younger really  got me.... he dislikes the bathroom near the tub. So to be close to me he would grab an article of clothes and take it  to the hall and  lay ...

Today, Yesterday and Whenever

Safelite came and replaced my windshield. Had a crack going down the passenger side. Yep.....that is Gertrude or Gertty for short. 11 years old but going just great. The gas mileage is what is amazing! When gas prices were in the mid 1.90 range I got 13.00 worth of gas and traveled 424 miles. I like that. Was not really sure how much room this dude would need so instead of having him come to my house I met him at mom's. My drive is not wide and then on the passenger side there is the drop off into the creek. Felt this would be safer. I try to either cross stitch or read before bedtime so last night I finished up this book. I love Mary Higgins Clark. When I went to the doc last week I was down a total of 38, I am now at 41. I looked down today and realized that my thighs are getting skinny! And FYI to all... losing that much weight I can paint my toe nails so much easier! haha Not been buying ...
