My neighbor, Carrie. She had some issues with her truck,  it was being worked on and  she needed a lift to work,  one hour 15 mins away. She owns a day care, and drives that every  morning, and evening. Only when  I dropped her off, she slept there all week. Then had a friend bring her home for the  weekend, and I took her back  again, for the next week. Plus, I cut her front yard, let her dogs out for the evening,  the other neighbor put them back in. She wanted to thank me. She tried leaving money in  the car when I dropped her off, but I made sure she got that back. I don't mind helping out when I can. That was sweet. I have blogged about  my great granny before. I was lucky enough to know my great granny, mother to my moms dad. She lived with her two  old maid sisters, and one of  her son's. I loved her old home. When we visited my grandma in  Ga. we would also make a trip over to the town my mom was  born in and visit great granny. Couple of times, my cousin and  I would spend a few days with great granny. A week or so ago, out of the blue my cousin sent me a message  wanting to know if I remembered great granny's address. HAHA...NOPE! But, I was able to go on Google Earth and since I knew of  a landmark, I was able to trace back to her home. This was a pic I took, wow,  years ago. Last week I had my very first Morning Glory bloom, and I was so pleased. I had forgotten that they come in colors and I had bought seeds for purple ones. Also last week while out  plucking off dead blooms for  the seeds, I had this guy  follow me from  one bed to the other. But what is so strange, early that  morning I was sitting on the front porch talking to Amber on her way to work. There were two male Eastern Bluebirds that visited the yard. I have seen them before flying around but never coming that far into my yard to eat and fly around. My first thought was that mom  was paying a visit, checking on me. These were mom's favorite birds so, when I see one, I think it is  her checking on me. Then just a few hours later, I had my encounter with  this guy.  I took these at a red light on my way to Amber's house last Sat. We were heading off  to Evie's 6th bday party. I figure people are tired  of seeing me without makeup, looking all worn out and dressed like a bag a bon.  Can you believe that this girl is 6? They grow way too fast. She is going in the first grade this yr.   Beckham has the most serious look about him but he smiles and he has  a pretty smile. This is such a cute idea the bowling alley does when  you have a party there. She had a great bday party. How about I now throw in something I learned and maybe you will also... Did you know that there are little dragons in our world? These little critters are Draco Lizards. They are located in  Southeast Asia and Southern India. Common in these areas.
