Checking the Yard, Blooms, and the Toad
At 3:30 am,
POURING.
At 6:30 am,
still pouring.
8 am,
pouring.
8:30 am,
FINALLY
stopped raining.
We finally had several hours Wed.
morning of no rain, but
I had two doc appts.
so, I missed out on that mowing
time. Later that evening,
it came again, full force.
All night. Finally, I look
out to see no rain, and
sunshine. Hoping that by
Friday morning it will be
dry enough to cut.
During the sun on Wed. morning,
right before heading out
for my doc appts. I stopped
to not smell the roses,
but to photograph the
blooms!
When Deana gave me plants, she
gave me some
obedient flowers.
I think this is one of those.
In bloom.
This is a wild sunflower that
came up in part of the
yard that has been re-seeded.
Well, I really have no clue
what seeds I threw here,
gotta wait and see what
blooms out.
Marigold about to bloom.Morning Glory
finally started to grow more
than an inch off the ground.
Will not be long before
it will reach the trellis,
I HOPE!
on the big camera to load
to the computer.
Not a clear shot when
you lay to phone under the
mushroom.
Pignut, from Hickory Tree.
These are tiny mushrooms,
and check out the ground. Water
has no place to go.
Blackberry bushes.
Only I saw some bugs, like baby
June bugs chewing on this,
figure it will not make it.
Last but not least, this
critter almost rode upon my
head. Had his mother not yelled
at him, that is exactly where
Braden would have put him.
This critter was so
fat he had rolls!
What has the weather been like
in your area of the world?
