Well, I did something I never thought I would be doing, something I  never really gave a lot of thought to at all. I walked the Appalachian  Trail.    Oops, I might hve not told that last statement correctly, I walked a MILE of the trail. Yep, just a mile, but look at me,  A MILE, UP HILL and  DOWN HILL. On each side of the top of the trail, there were steps, steep steps at times. So steep that stepping down to the other was a challenge for  this short lady! I have been a fan of the  Wizard of Oz for as long as  I can remember.  The movie used to come on once  a year, and I never missed it. I became hooked when it was split into a two night show.  Then it went to one night once  a yr. Then, there was movie stores to  rent movies and once I introduced my daughter to the movie, every time we went to rent movies, she wanted that one. I remember telling her that  it was a once a year type of movie,  cause that is what I waited all yr for.  Anyway,  here is Dorothy with the handy men that worked on the Gale homestead. Prof. Marvel. Ms. Gutch. Gale homestead. Aunt Em and uncle Henry. Dorothy singing Over the Rainbow. Moving on to Dorothy and  Prof. Marvel.  Sun between branches of the trees  made shootin...
