my boys used to love tops, hve not seen one in years until today. TOPS on my blog today means Take Off Pounds Sensibly the support club for losing weight, once we get to our goal weight we become KOPS Keep off pounds sensibly

How cute! Hope you're feeling well today. And on that note, you inspired me to get up and exercise even though I'm having non-exercise related cramps. ~wink~ It's not like it will make it any worse. I may feel better afterward. Take care!
